The Villa in Verde is located in a perfect location - close to the sea, close to the mountains in the hinterland of Crikvenica - Vinodol, the green oasis of quiet and relaxing holiday. Here the whole family will enjoy. The sea, the beaches, the attractions are just 3 km from the house. The interior design of the villa is modern, comfortable and at the same time functional. In ground floor is the living room with SAT TV , the completely equipped kitchen with separate dining area and a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the First floor where three more bedrooms (one is connected, walk through with balcony) and beautiful view of the Vinodol Valley and Pool. In 1. Floor which is also air-conditioned has a bathroom with shower.
There is the whole house wireless internet available for free.
In front of the house is a large courtyard, the sun terrace with loungers, parasols and pool (32 m2) which has an integrated Whirlpool. During the hot days you protect the gazebo in front of the sun. In the evening you can prepare meals at the BBQ. The smallest can play in front of the house or in a garden. Of course, garden is fenced like the whole house.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful house.

As soon as we walked into this house we were blown away. We have stayed in a lot of villas across the world and this has by far been the best. The attention to detail made it feel like a home from home. Boris, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful and recommended lots of lovely restaurants and places to visit. He was always on the other end of the phone if we needed him and was always willing to help. The outside area and pool area is fantastic, with an outdoor kitchen, a separate grassed garden and multiple seating areas. Not to mention the stunning view. We would recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Perfect Stay and Wonderful Host

The property is lovely - very idyllic and peaceful. The photos do not do it justice and highly recommend if you get an opportunity to stay here. The pool is fantastic and provided a great break from the heat when we were there. Everything you needed was in the modern kitchen and there were lots of delicious treats waiting for us upon arrival. The air conditioned second floor even had a lovely view over the mountains and and old Roman fort (a good hike if you like hiking). It is about 5-10 minutes inland from the beach town of Crikvenica. It was very easy to pop into town, the beach and shops, including grocery stores. Boris, the host was very welcoming and provided lots of wonderful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. Our family loved the stay!

Villa in Verde

We've stayed in numerous holiday homes, but Boris’s Villa in Verde stands out as one of the best. Ideally located in a serene area of Grizane, near the center of Crikvenica, the house is a peaceful retreat. It has been tastefully redecorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was impeccably clean and exactly as advertised. Boris, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and puts you at ease immediately. When we asked for recommendations on local dining spots and good beaches, he promptly sent us a list of his favorites. His attentiveness as a host is unparalleled. Additionally, understanding that some guests may arrive after a long journey without the chance to shop for groceries, he had already stocked the fridge with drinks and provided some fruit. The house also came with dishwasher tabs, ground coffee, spices, toilet paper, and even laundry detergent. In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend Villa in Verde. There is genuinely nothing to criticize. The week after our stay, we had booked another holiday home, which, despite being advertised in the same category, turned out to be a complete disaster. This only highlighted how perfect Boris’s holiday home is.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft, sehr freundlicher Kontakt und Empfang, Küche und Grillstation ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird, man muss für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche kein Waschmittel, Geschirrspültabs, Grillkohle, etc. kaufen. Ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mehrere gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch frühzeitiger Check-Out war überhaupt kein Problem. Vielen Dank für alles lieber Boris, es war ein toller und erholsamer Aufenthalt !!!

Einfach Wunderbar

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, sprach gut Deutsch und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Er hat uns tolle Tipps zu Stränden, Restaurants und Ausflügen gegeben. Besonders angenehm war, dass alles sauber und gut ausgestattet war. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die etwas enge Einfahrt. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super schönes Haus in toller Lage. Man hat es schön ruhig, ist aber trotzdem schnell in Crikvenica. Mit einem Wort beschrieben -》Perfekt

Eine wunderschöne und saubere Unterkunft (wie auf den Bildern) die mehr als empfehlenswert ist. Vieles ist schon vorort (z.B. Holz, Holzkohle) 👌 Die Lage des Hauses am Berghang ist ein Traum. Alles (Strand + Geschäfte) ist/sind mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber Boris ist super freundlich und versorgt einen mit Tipps und fragt auch zwischendurch, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Alles in allem, eine mehr als empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Da kommt man gerne wieder :)!

Fantastisch verblijf

Reeds vele vakantieverblijven geboekt via VRBO, dit privé huis was ronduit fantastisch. Bij aankomst kregen we een warm welkom van de eigenaar Bori. Het huis heeft alle moderne voorzieningen, 3 zeer grote slaapkamers, heel goeie bedden en 2 badkamers u met uitstekende douches. De tuin en zwembad zijn fantastisch en de 2 patios boden voldoende schaduw. Een absolute aanrader, dankuwel Boris voor het prachtig verblijf.

Sehr schöne Villa und traumhafter Außenbereich

Wir verbrachten im Juni2024 10 Nächte im Haus von Boris und können uns den positiven Bewertungen anschließen! Der Empfang war super freundlich und schnell erledigt. Wir waren (obwohl wir uns zuerst verfahren hatten) etwa eine halbe Stunde früher da als geplant, aber das war kein Problem. Der Weg zum Haus ist teilweise sehr schmal und steil mit 15% Steigung. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat wirklich alles was man benötigt. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich das Wohnzimmer, ein kleines Bad, Esszimmer und Küche. Oben stehen 3 Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad zur Verfügung, wobei man durch 2 Zimmer laufen muss um ins Bad zu gelangen. Besonders positiv für uns war der Außenbereich mit Pool und Feuerstelle/Grill, sowie die Küche im Haus, welche zu unserer Überraschung ganz neu war und nicht den älteren Fotos im Internet entsprach. Außerdem steht das angrenzende Haus leer, sodass man wirklich ganz allein und für sich den Urlaub genießen kann - Top! Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind noch dazu sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einzig die Schaukel und Rutsche waren durch die Sonne etwas verwittert. Außerdem würden wir empfehlen, das gerade Kinder am Pool Schuhe o.ä. anziehen, da die Fliesen bei Nässe wirklich sehr rutschig sind und sich aufgrund einer Lavendelpflanze zahlreiche Bienen Richtung Poolbereich verirren. Von unserer Seite volle fünf Sterne und definitiv einen zweiten Besuch wert!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren eine Woche als Freundesgruppe im Ferienhaus. Das Pool und die Grillstelle haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Außenbereich ist super hergerichteten und im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt. Vom Vermieter haben wir gute Tipps für Lokale und Strände bekommen, am Anreisetag waren auch Snacks und Getränke bereitgestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Super Unterkunft

Sehr schöne ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Das Haus und die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt und genau wie auf den Fotos. Crikvenica / Meer kann man auch in 45 min zu Fuß über einen Weg abseits der Straße erreichen. Boris ist ein freundlicher und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr schön, genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und der Beschreibung zu lesen. In die Stadt Crikvenica fährt man nur 3 Minuten. Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Fragen an Boris wurden auch im Vorfeld sehr schnell beantwortet. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Top Unterkunft

Wir waren Mitte Juni 1 Woche mit 2 kleinen Kindern bei Boris. Es ist tatsächlich genauso wie auf den Bildern. Das Haus sowie die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt und tip top sauber. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Man fühlt sich bei der Ankunft direkt willkommen und als kleiner Willkommensgruß stehen Obst, Getränke und Eis parat. In der Küche findet man Öl, Gewürze, Kaffee, Kakao, ausreichend Tabs etc. Und wer waschen möchte, hat sogar diverse Waschmittel vor Ort. Wir haben liebend gerne den Grill genutzt (wofür sogar Grillkohle, Anzünder... vorhanden waren). Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren sowohl für die Kinder als auch für uns ein Highlight. In gut 5 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto Crikvenica und das Meer. Ein gelungener Urlaub mit einer absolut empfehlenswerten Unterkunft. Boris ist ein freundlicher und sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter. Spricht zudem sehr gut deutsch! Gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit super Grundstück

Wir haben eine Woche mit zwei Familien dort verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus sowie der Terrassen- und Poolbereich sind sehr schön gepflegt und sauber. Wünsche im Vorfeld zu Kinderbetten und Hochstühlen waren kein Problem und standen bei Ankunft bereit. Stellplätze für Fahrzeuge sind ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden. Alles wie auf den Bildern im Inserat. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zu dem Vermieter, der immer kurzfristig erreichbar war und auch gerne Restaurant und Ausflugstipps gegeben hat. Eine rundum schöne Woche.

Wunderbarer Urlaub!

Wir haben eine Woche im Juni mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Villa in Verde verbracht und hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Handtücher, Küchentücher, Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel, Küchenrolle… Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Gewürze, Olivenöl, Essig, Zucker, Kaffee wurde alles vom Vermieter bereit gestellt. Zur Begrüßung befanden sich diverse Getränke im Kühlschrank (Bier, Cola, Wasser, Saft) und Boris hatte sogar Obst vorbereitet. Der Außenbereich ist bei schönem Wetter ein Traum! Wir haben viel Zeit im Pool verbracht und jeden Tag draußen gegessen. Auch der kleine Gartenabschnitt unterhalb des Pools wurde von unseren Kindern gerne zum Fußballspielen genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut: Boris antwortete auf Anfragen immer sofort und hat sich im Urlaub um alles gekümmert (z.B. bei Stromausfall nach einem Gewitter, Tips für Restaurants). Man fühlt sich als Gast von Anfang an herzlich willkommen und wir werden nächstes Jahr gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, Boris!

Eine Woche Urlaub mit 2 Familien

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Der Aussenbereich ist der absolute Hammer. Die Pools und alle anderen Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und wirken wie neu! Auch innen ist das Haus genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Boris war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und kümmert sich sehr gut um alles! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter!

Hervorragendes Haus

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Villa in Verde verbracht und empfehlen diese zu 100% weiter. Wir wurden herzlichst von Kristina und Boris empfangen. Sie haben uns alles gezeigt und wir waren überwältigt! Das Haus war sowas von sauber , die Küche mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet, sehr schöne Zimmer und Bäder, der Aussenbereich mit Grill, Esstisch, vielen lieben Sitzmöglichkeiten - einfach genial. Dazu kommt noch der tolle Pool mit Whirlpool dazu, alles in einem top Zustand, man kann es nur genießen dort. Wir waren noch nie in einem so bezaubernd schönem Haus das unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Ein großes Dankeschön an Kristina und Boris, wir werden bestimmt wieder zu euch kommen ! Wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand, alles ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet 😊 fantastischer Privatpool mit Whirlpool, tolle Ausstattung in der Küche & im Aussenbereich, Alltagsdinge wie Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Brennholz etc. vorhanden - sogar Getränke und Obst wurden am Anreisetag vom Vermieter bereitgestellt. Kurz gefasst: alles top, der Vermieter Boris ist großartig & es blieben keine Wünsche offen! Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einer Villa, die wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

Wunderbar

Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und Fotos. Besonders hervorzuheben neben dem tollen Gesamt-Zustand ist die Ausstattung (hier fehlt es u.a. In der Küche an nichts). Der Kontakt mit Boris war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Er hat im Hintergrund alles geregelt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder….

Traumurlaub

Eine traumhafte saubere Villa, die sehr liebevoll innen und außen eingerichtet ist. Toller Freisitz mit Außenkamin zum Grillen und/oder romantischem Feuer vorhanden. Sogar Kaffeefilter, Tee, Geschirrtücher, Lappen, Spülmittel, Spültabs, Obst und erste kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank vorhanden. Es fehlte uns an nichts und es stand außer Frage gleich für nächstes Jahr mit der befreundeten Familie erneut zu buchen.
