The House:
This 2 to 4-person holiday home is currently unique in the German holiday market: it combines a consistently healthy construction with an unusual design, well-thought-out functionality, a TOP equipped kitchen (Miele appliances / high-quality cooking utensils), a multi-room sound system from SONOS (also in the wellness sauna on the outside!) and solid design wooden furniture throughout. The house was furnished with great attention to detail. You can take your meals in peace on the sunny terrace overlooking the dike, the garden offers plenty of relaxation and play space. Even in the cooler autumn and winter months, the area and the house play together: After extensive dike hikes in the fresh sea air, you can make yourself comfortable with a good book in the sauna or on the sofa, or you can indulge in what is best here works: the well-kept doing nothing!

Our healthy built house consists almost entirely of natural materials and thus largely does without chemically manufactured materials. This reduces the amount of pollutants in the indoor air almost to zero. All building materials were checked and approved by scientists from the "Sentinel House Institute" before use. To document indoor air quality, indoor air measurements were carried out by TÜV Rheinland, the values of which are 85 to 90 percent lower than those of houses in Germany that are already healthy. The holiday home sets a completely new standard for healthy living construction.

Due to the high ceilings and especially the natural materials used, you feel particularly good when you are inside the house. Try it! :-)

For home hygiene reasons, a special house vacuum system is installed in the house. It ensures that allergenic substances such as fine dust, pollen, mold spores, mite droppings and bacteria are transported out of the interior with little odor. Normal vacuum cleaners would immediately distribute them back into the room with the exhaust air.
As a result, and in connection with the overall healthy interior design and construction, the house is perfect for allergy sufferers and respiratory diseases. Even environmentally sensitive people can regenerate optimally here. No other holiday accommodation in the German market currently offers this.

To maintain the high quality of the house, we ask you to use the house slippers made of healthy new wool, which are comfortable to wear and have a nourishing effect on the solid oak floorboards.
Separately for booking, we offer our guests laundry packages, each consisting of a sauna towel, shower towel, hand towel, tea towel and bed linen (in 100% organic quality). The surcharge is p. Person 25, - €.
The cost of electricity will be charged on departure (electricity according to consumption € 0.39 per kW / h) will be deducted from your deposit.

The location:
Wide green, dikes with blocks, then endless silence and the scent of the North Sea: This is still one of the areas that do not provide "highlights" on every corner, but invite you to go on your own search. What do you find here? Numerous beaches, lonely or lively, almost endless paths for hiking, biking and roller skating, tranquil courtyards with ponies, diverse landscapes for walking and pondering. You will be surprised again and again - by nice cafés, with people in them, who tell stories about the mud flats for tea. And when the hustle and bustle calls: In neighboring St. Peter Ording (15 minutes by car) has it: surfing, kiting, kite flying, beach life, shopping - but in an honest and moderate North Sea way.
