Large 3 Story Chalet on quiet cut-de-sac in Arrowhead Lake Community.

Welcome to The Hive! We have TWO fun additions of Summer 2026! We now have a golf cart and a four person pedal boat! This three story chalet is perfect for your large family. Our home can fit up to 12 people. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Arrowhead Lake Community and tucked right into the woods. It’s the perfect serene setting to start that book you’ve been wanting to read or write. Sit on the back porch looking up at a clear night sky with stars shining bright! Fast wi-fi for you to set up to work remotely in one of two work areas. Wake up and enjoy coffee by one of two indoor fireplaces or on one of our two large decks while wrapped in a blanket. Set up mats on our outdoor stage for morning yoga and have the kids put on a play under the lights. Roast marshmallows in our large stone fire pit.
Inside there is a full kitchen, large play/gaming room, washer/dryer, dining and family room. Radiant heated flooring in first floor bathroom. We also have 3 large screen TVs and a smaller tv with in Master bedroom. Apple TV in family room and master bedroom. PS3 and Wii with gaming library also available. Air purifiers on main floor.
-Access to Golf Cart, 2 canoes, 3 youth kayaks, pedal boat and bikes.

-Heating/AC split wall mounts on every floor.
-No smoking: If ANY signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $150.00 per day fine.

-Please be aware that this home is equipped with security cameras outside for the protection of our home as well as your safety and ours.

-We provide: washer/dryer with detergent, air purifier, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, filtered drinking water, coffeemaker (for ground coffee and k-cups,) Dove sensitive skin bar soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, Dove Shampoo for kids, two refrigerators, new stove and microwave, toaster, new dishwasher, instapot, crockpot, popcorn maker, griddle, Ninja smoothie maker, hand mixer, pitchers, plates and bowls, silverware, children's silverware, children's bowls, water, wine, beer and juice glasses and mugs, pitchers, portable cooler, first aid kit, hair dryers, propane for grill, two bedrails, mattress protectors on all beds, extra blankets,(blankets, sheets and towels are washed after every stay.) Dish sponges, yoga mats, playstation and Wii gaming systems with games, campfire supplies(wood for fire pit, citronella candles, bug sprays, adjustable roasting sticks.)

Plan to bring: Apple tv/Roku device, bike helmets, wellies/boots for stomping in woods. We DO provide washcloths, bath and hand towels, extra baby bibs, pillows, sheets and blankets.

THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY and once booked, we will send instructions on entering the community. You will see a $350 property (community) fee when booking. This fee is to obtain gate cards for each car that will be entering the community. This aalso includes access to game center, events in lodge, beach access, pool access, tennis and pickleball courts. We pay this on your behalf (based on 6 guests) and if you have over 6 guests, we will pay the remaining amount for you.
