Treat yourself to a getaway in Angoulins sur Mer in this traditional Charentaise farmhouse, fully restored, ideally located rue de la Motte Grenet, in a quiet area between the sea and the town center (bakery, butcher, delicatessen, bar, grocery store, covered market, pizzeria, creperie), close to the oyster village with restaurants and guinguettes, and in the immediate vicinity (30 meters) of the Passage Vélodyssée (Access La Rochelle or Chatelaillon Plage via cycle paths).

You will be welcomed in this comfortable house composed of:
A sleeping area with a bedroom with a 160 double bed, a children's bedroom with a 90 cm bed
a bathroom with shower and corner bathtub and a separate toilet.
Another sleeping area with a master suite with a 160 cm bed, toilet and shower room with a large shower.
Between the two is the living room with storage room, Kitchen open to the dining room and the living room (TV with Netflix, DVD player and Wii console).
A 90 cm bed for a second child in the office.

The house has an enclosed garden, isolated from the street with a terrace that can be sun in the morning. A large parasol provides protection from the sun during the day and in the evening.
2 Private parking spaces on the street side, in addition to a public parking lot 50 m away.
Provision of a shed to store your bikes and beach equipment. Provision of a bicycle trailer to transport 2 children.

15 minutes from the park-and-ride near the train station and downtown of La Rochelle and from the pier to the island of Oléron (daily La Rochelle – Fort Boyard - Boyarville shuttle, timetable depending on the tides).
5 minutes from the shopping area.
