This cozy retreat features a peaceful bedroom with two charming bunk beds, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The living area is designed for comfort, with a convertible sofa that turns into a 160 cm bed and a dining table for shared meals. The well-equipped kitchenette includes two ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, a mini oven, and an electric coffee maker for your morning brew. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet, providing all the essentials. Step out onto the 6 m² south-facing terrace to take in the valley views and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Additional amenities include a television, an outdoor relaxation space, and a convenient ski locker for winter gear storage.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
