Chris and Julie were great hosts! Very clean apartment with an open floor plan- as the pics portray it. The steps down to the apartment were somewhat difficult for my wife, who has knee problems, but otherwise an A experience .Darrell, Spring Creek, NV

I will admit I was a little worried once I realize it was a basement apartment that there may be alot of noise above us. Thanksfully, that wasn't a concern. We didn't spend a ton of time there, but appreciated the spacious bathroom & how open the floor plan was in general. We were super pleased and would stay there again!!

Beautiful Location and Wonderful Hosts

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The unit was very clean and had all of the amenities. The location can't be beat. It was perfect!

Great hosts w/Great view !!!

Superb amenities and attention to detail. The cleanliness was top notch and the spaciousness let’s you breath and relax!! The fact that it’s reasonably priced makes this a must. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

Can’t recommend highly enough, the place was clean and had beautiful views. Very spacious! Even larger than the pictures can do justice. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating. Check in/out was super easy, would definitely recommend to others and would book again.

Very nice, quiet location. House had all high end towels and furniture. Everything was great!!!

We loved our stay at this VRBO. It was up the hill in a very nice area. You could hear the upstairs people walking around and what sounded like moving furniture??? But we would definitely stay here again!!!

Just what we needed.

Perfect location near our wedding venue. The rental was spacious, so clean, homey with some awesome video choices at the end of the busy days. The setting was so tranquil. Our hosts were gracious and so helpful! It was just exactly what we needed!

Beautiful Suite

Chris was very friendly, the rental space was perfect. It was clean, bright, had an updated lighting system, WiFi, and the basics anyone would need. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars 💙💙💙💙💙

If your looking for a home away from home, look no further

this is our 4th stay with Chris and Julie. They are absolutely wonderful. If I could give more than five stars I would. I had to stay a few nights by myself due to my husband’s obligations. This is the only place I felt safe enough to be alone. We always look forward to staying here. It’s in a great location and they are warm and caring host who we simply adore.

Clean, spacious, dedicated parking

Spacious basement apartment with dedicated covered parking. Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood. Even though it’s a basement apartment, it felt very private, with its own entrance and patio.

Beautiful, and clean apartment

The apartment is very spacious,clean , located within minutes of restaurants/stores if you need to do some grocery shopping, which we did kitchen has everything you need to do a dinner/breakfast or whatever you would like I will highly recommend this apartment for a small family or just friends hang out and enjoy beautiful Utah we enjoyed skiing the resorts that we went to or about 35 to 40 minutes away and located only about 20 minutes from the airport. You cannot ask for much more thank you to the host which I Mett and they are very helpful in anything that you need thank you. Will be back.

Great Stay in Bountiful

My daughter and I stayed in this great place for a week and could have easily stayed much longer. The hosts are very friendly and you can tell that they truly care about their guests. It is very spacious and clean and has everything you would need. They even had snacks and sparkling water and my favorite coffee. I would definitely stay again and will recommend this beautiful place to all. Did I mention the sunset VIEW… Spectacular.
