Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and underfloor heating. Fans. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, fireplace, TV and radio. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Friedland, district of Kummerow. The holiday home is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. As landlords, we are pleased to be able to offer our guests, from April 2023, a second holiday flat of the same size and similarly furnished in the “Spreeblick” holiday home – our flat “Seerose”.

Kummerow can be a starting point for cyclists, boaters, anglers, hikers, and all nature lovers. The comfortable holiday home is located in the centre of Kummerow amidst the idyllic Spreewiesen nature reserve on the River Spree. Access is directly from the main road. Parking on the property.
