Lola’s Oasis is a hidden gem on beautiful grounds, the perfect romantic escape in a small town for fall foliage, wineries & autumn adventures!The property has this cozy Tiny House & several unique amenities private to yourselves: a Rustic Barn Bar & Game Room, pergola patio with bonfire, slate bar & 2 charcoal grills, plus a hammock, swing & small orchard. Bikes available. It’s a central location-Hiking 5 min, Lily Dale & Lake Erie 20 min,Jamestown & Ellicottville 30 min, &Buffalo/Niagara 50 min

**POOL OPENS the weekend before Memorial weekend & POOL CLOSES Day after Labor Day**

POOL IS KEPT AT A MINIMUM OF 80-82 DEGREES. DEPENDING ON WEATHER IT CAN GET MUCH WARMER. AS THIS IS THE TEMPERATURE OF ALL OUTDOOR POOLS. THIS IS NOT A HOT TUB.
POOL IS HEATED WHEN OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 75

Perfect Getaway

Beth’s place is truly a little oasis! We loved relaxing by the heated pool albeit short lived with the weather. Perfect distance from the lake and wine trails. Had everything we needed and more! Beth was a perfect host!

Disc Golf weekend

Great Tiny house, comfortable bed, hospitality from owners was out of this world. They left me small welcome to the House care package. The property its self was pretty well maintained, plenty of activities available inside the barn and in the yard. I would recommend staying here room for three. Also a tree house loft is in the works for more space to stay.

Home Town Visit

The overall property was as described in the listing. The cabin was listed as sleeping 4 but the small bar only had two bar stools. There was a misunderstanding on allowing guests to visit the property. This was the first time I have ever encountered that restriction. The whole point of renting is to be able to have people visit. I understand the no event policy but to only allow only the people that are renting to be on the property negates the reason to rent. The owner and I worked out the misunderstanding and I had a wonderful time. The property and cabin were beautiful and very rare to find a pool.

This guest booked with 1 guest then wanted to invite several more! The reason guests are to book the amount of guests on the site is so the hosts know how many people will be present on your property especially for liability. My listing only allows 4 maximum. No Parties or events of any size other than the guests on the property is clearly stated on the listing. There are very clear pictures and descriptions. Besides the table and chairs in the house there is a table with 6 chairs, an outdoor bar with 4 chairs an indoor bar with 4 chairs and a table with chairs. There is loads of places to eat. I do not recommend her to any host. I allowed her to have her extra guests beyond the 4 and she still complained and left us 3 stars. Booking a place that only allows 4 people Maxium and inviting more is considered an event or a party. There are listings specifically for larger groups and those are the listings that should be booked for larger amount of guests.

Beautiful little house

Words cant describe how great our weekend was for my husband and I. Lola's Oasis is the perfect little get away with lots of amenities. Beth is so sweet and accomodating. She has everything you need there and had alot of great recommnedations for places to see in the area. We can't wait to go back again and see her treehouse.

Best Tiny House Ever!

This was the most delightful stay for my husband, two doodles and I! The house was so cozy, air conditioning and heating for cold months when needed. Truly ALL the amenities you can think of. Beth has thought of everything! The barn was so fun to hang out in, the pool was so refreshing and our dogs absolutely loved the freedom of the big, beautiful yard. Beth, thank you so much for the delicious bottle of wine as a welcome gift...it was so nice to talk with you and your mom! The Trillium lodge was a hit on Friday evening for dinner, such a sweet bartender! We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Getaway

First, the host is spectacular! Second, the property was quiet and so enjoyable. It was just my partner and I but is set up for a small gathering which would be nice too. Third, if you think you forgot something for the house don’t worry, Beth most likely already has it in the tiny house!! All in all just a great spot. We will be visiting again.

Best sleep I’ve ever had on vacation!

We loved everything about this tiny house! The host is lovely and it is super clean and so pet friendly. My dogs had the best time going out of the dog door and playing in the snow. It was so nice to not hear a bunch of road noise or other guests clanking around like you do in most hotels. I’ve honestly never slept better on a trip. The location is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. I would highly recommend it and this will be the first place I check for availability when we go back to visit family.

She is so accommodating! The house was beautiful! We enjoyed our peaceful couple of days. Bella enjoyed the dog run! I would definitely love to return next year to fully enjoy the pool! And thanks so much for providing a complimentary bottle of wine for us to celebrate!

Set in a county valley along rolling hills just outside of a small quant town. It’s very peaceful and relaxing.

The property has lots of unique amenities. A pool, pool house, bonfire, patio with a bar. There is an 1880’s Barn Game room that has pool, ping pong, air hockey, Foosball and an indoor bar. Also take a stroll to the small orchard or the hammock.
