Ty Rozélie, Charmante Longère Bretonne Entre mer et Campagne

Welcome to "Ty Rozélie", a typical farmhouse of southern Brittany completely renovated this year. With us, you will taste the peaceful charm of the Breton countryside while being a stone's throw from the sea. Between the south of Finistère and Morbihan, our farmhouse is ideally located: 10 minutes from the beaches of Guidel, 20 minutes from Lorient, 30 minutes from Concarneau. A central location that allows you to enjoy the many tourist places and cultural events of the region.
Ty Rozélie is a charming Breton granite house built in 1872 and completely renovated by us this year.
You will have on the first floor a large living room opening onto an equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The sofa bed will allow you to stay for 7 people.
Upstairs, a large landing leads to 2 large bedrooms equipped with king size beds (180x200cm) made up of single twin beds that can be separated according to your needs. The third bedroom has a single bed.
Outside, a large private garden will host your summer barbecues and your naps on the sun loungers at your disposal. A parking space adjoining the house is also reserved for you.
For your leisure activities you will have board games, a library and toys for children.
