Two-Bedroom Cottage Located within the Historic Wachesaw Plantation

Kyle Cottage is a two-bedroom, two-bath single story cottage overlooking the tennis courts in the gated golf course community of Wachesaw Plantation Club. It is within walking distance to club amenities. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two twin-sized beds, as well as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Outdoor amenities include a screened-in porch. Wachesaw Plantation amenities include the award-winning, Tom Fazio designed golf course, Kimbels Restaurant overlooking the 18th green and majestic Waccamaw River, tennis on the lighted Har - Tru clay courts, pool complex, and Magnolia's Pool Bar. This property is a duplex. Only two parking spaces are allotted per cottage. Additional cars will be removed at the tenant’s expense. Trash pick-up at the cottage is every Thursday. This property is a duplex. Dog-friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 40-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Please see the office for pet policy details. No smoking. Check-out maid service is included. Linens included. Maximum occupancy: 6

Oaks maintained better than the cottage!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Under the mat at entry,we vacuumed 4 cannisters of dirt and sand. We cleaned all the windows inside,those we could access outside, cleaned all the blinds slat by slat, and we are being charged $260.00 for cleaning as we leave! The cottage is tired and being treated as a cash cow. As a former golf club member were quite dissatisfied!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This charming 2 bedroom cottage was an oasis of peace and tranquility in the midst of the Grand Strand. The home had everything we could ever need and was spacious, relaxing and lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and had tons of room. The bed in the primary suite was really comfortable, and the bathroom had elite shower singing acoustics!Wachesaw Plantation is a beautiful Country Club community and we enjoyed being able to play the exclusive golf course on property as guests of this specific unit. People were so friendly, from neighbors to restaurant staff to the club's General Manager. Big thanks to the folks at Garden City who made our stay easy from our reservation all the way to check-out. Our dog Finn loved his treats from check-in too. Great experience all around! Thanks Garden City!
