Enjoy this beautiful 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views, and a sofa bed for additional guests. Our bedroom features a king bed and plenty of closet space. The full bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower with an updated vanity.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners. The living room has seating for up to 6 guests next to a cozy fireplace, with additional seating in the dining nook. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoixā€™s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 47 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

**The hot tub is under maintenance until March 2026. The indoor heated pool is fully functional and is a constant 82 degrees.**

Sounds like the hot tub does not work often. I called ahead to make sure things were in working condition due to this rental was a gift for someone and I was told yes everything was good! Well, when my family checked in they were told the hot tub was not working. They shouldnā€™t advertise a hot tub especially in the winter. Very disappointed!!

Weā€™ve been staying at the Edgewater for over thirty years. We love Charlevoix. First time staying in this room. Nicely decorated. The bed and furniture was comfortable. Room was on the lower level and close to the door to parking lot. We will try to book this room again for next year. Very quiet.
