Welcome to Margaritaville, where stunning spaces await! From the chef's kitchen to ocean-view balconies and a fenced backyard with a pool, you'll love every aspect.

Margaritaville is a multi-story house with various levels, decks, and porches. Its modern architecture and décor provide a light, airy feel in some areas and a cool, shaded ambiance in others, complementing Florida's balmy weather. Just steps from the beach, it's in a laid-back, friendly neighborhood where kids can ride bikes safely. If it sounds like paradise, wait until you experience it!

The atmosphere is peaceful and awe-inspiring.

Inside, the layout suits multiple families. The first floor has a large room with a queen sofa bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bath.

The second story features a well-equipped kitchen and living area with an HDTV. Two bedrooms include one with a queen bed and en-suite bath, and another with a king bed, full bath, and 2 twin roll-away beds. This floor showcases sleek design with spacious decks and many windows, representing modern Florida architecture!

The first floor has a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a sleeper sofa, and 1 twin roll-away bed. On the third floor, a small bedroom with a twin bed offers excellent views.

TVs are placed throughout. The living area has ultra-comfortable couches, lovely views, and a peaceful vibe perfect for family movie nights.

The kitchen has an island, ample space, and all cookware, dishes, and utensils. You might feel inspired to cook a big meal! If not, there are great nearby restaurants, plus a microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, and other appliances for easy meal prep.

Great house! We had 3 families with kids. The pool was perfect for all of the kids. The spiral stairs were concerning at first, but they do have gates that latch so that was very comforting. The walk to the beach was easy. We even had an ice cream man drive by, which was super fun! You really can't beat the location - close to the stores and restaurants. We were able to check in early, and the communication was super friendly and easy. Very simple arrival/departure instructions. Would stay again.

Pros:Very well equipped. Lots of pool and beach accessories. Even has a wagon to use for moving things to the beach. House was very clean and well stocked.Had a wonderful time. Wonderful area. Loved the decks.Cons:Only one. The spiral staircase was hard on us old folk. Very difficult if carrying luggage or cooler. Outside steps a bit steep and inconvenient. .

This house and its 3 levels worked great for my family. The college-aged kids took the lower level and made it their own. Any messes made were unseen and therefore didn't exist! The middle level was our gathering spot. There was plenty of room and seating. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The backyard had lots of nice furniture and the pool was well-kept. The access to the beach was just a few yards down the street. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

The house worked out great for us. Everything we needed was there, the beach was a two minute walk, the pool was cool and the living was easy.

First I would like to say we enjoyed our time at the property. The private pool was so great, my family is the beach type and myself is a pool girly myself so I really enjoyed having that amenity for myself. It was also pet friendly so I got to bring my fur baby with me which was nice. It was in a great location only a few doors down from public beach access and only a few minutes drive to some food places and stores. Overall a very great trip. We didn’t really have any issues that need immediate attention too, but with that being said I will say the house definitely needs some maintenance. The spiral staircase was very wobbly. The bathroom light on the second floor connecting the king bedroom and kitchen kept short circuiting and turning off from time to time and it wouldn’t turn back on until some time later. The two single bedroom on the ground floor didn’t get enough air flow so it got very hot in there. The flooring throughout the house was tile which I understand with it being animal friendly you can’t really do carpet but getting out of the pool or shower that slippery floor could be dangerous for elderly or children.

Upsides: We loved the access to the beach and the backyard area; the main level was well-designed, too. The downstairs living room and bedroom were also nice. The response to questions was prompt and clear.Downsides: the listing mentioned some beach supplles, and there were none. Also, the lower-level bed descriptions were confusing and a bit inaccurate. Not enough blankets for the number of people it sleeps, and the one big blanket we found was totally full of sand from the previous renters. It got over everything. The biggest issue we had was that the house, which sleeps 12, had four rolls of toilet paper TOTAL for three full bathrooms. And the house had TWO Garbage bags for a three-day stay. When we asked where extras were, we were told it was our responsibility to provide anything over what was provided.

We are so happy to hear you loved the beach and the backyard. There are beach chairs and bikes in the garage. Sorry about the blanket. We would have sent the housekeeper back to clean up and provide a clean one. The rental agreement you received and signed states that a starter supply of paper products is provided. It is great to hear you enjoyed your stay!

Fantastic

One week wasn’t long enough. We have taken several beach vacations in this area, but I was more relaxed than I have ever been at this house. I was skeptical about the stairs being a problem, but they weren’t. There was seven of us, and everyone had plenty of space to do whatever, we weren’t in each other’s way. The location is awesome. Right down the road is the boardwalk to the beach. The house has awesome views of the beach. I hope to return soon.

I have never had to leave a mid review before so I really hate to do it, but I feel it necessary to warn other renters. I contacted the property manager the night of check-in about some cleanliness issues. I was told they would reach out the next morning to get it fixed but I never heard back from them. So I'm not sure why we pay so much for cleaning. Some positives.... It is really close to the beach. The pool was nice. The beds were decent. Some negatives.....I think the pet fee is too high. It is not listed (at least when I booked) on the listing page. I would have chosen somewhere else if I had known. The spiral staircase is wobbly. The stairs outside have a few steps that are starting to rot. Someone will get hurt on them very soon. Inside of the house is dated. It's not the worst but it's not the best. If you are looking for a mid-range house close to the beach, then this is for you. Again, sorry to have to say all of this but it needed to be said.

Thank you for your feedback. We received your photo of the spot in the refrigerator and would have sent the housekeeper out to correct it if you had asked us to. The email stated that you wanted to make us aware of this, and we did get with the housekeeper. The pet fee appears during the booking process, and you must check the box to view the pricing for bringing a pet into the home. You did not check the pet option when you booked the property. You advised us after you booked the property that you were bringing your dog. As you mentioned, the home is well priced, close to the beach, and has a great pool!

We loved the house! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The back yard and the pool were a nice addition although we did not use the pool because it was a little cool during our stay. We walked to the beach which is a short couple minutes and the garage had everything you would need for the time at the beach. The stairs are interesting but are not for people that have a hard time climbing as you have to use them to get to the second level. It is in a great location, a quiet neighborhood and located near restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. We had an issue with the dishwasher and they addressed the issue right away and sent someone out to fix it that day. Awesome communication as they checked to make sure that things were going well.We had a very nice vacation!

Love St. Augustine Beach

Great location. St. Augustine beach is the best! House was nice. Well equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated. Needs some maintenance. Biggest challenge is the spiral staircase. Elders could not visit us. Small children must be closely assisted. Love the outside decks with ocean views. Not thoroughly clean indoors and outdoors. Supplies mentioned were missing. Summer would be great time to rent. Expensive.

A lot of the furniture had stains, the grass was excessively tall and the pool had tadpole living in it. The bathroom lights wouldn’t work in one of the bathrooms, I talked to the rental company twice and nothing was done to fix them. Definitely my worst experience in a VRBO.

Thank you for the feedback. We do want to address a few points directly. When the bathroom lighting issue was reported, our guest indicated it was not a major concern — we nonetheless scheduled a maintenance visit, which was completed the day of departure. We're sorry the resolution didn't come sooner during the stay. Regarding the grass and pool: the area experienced significant rainfall in the days leading up to and during this stay, which affected both the lawn's growth cycle and the pool's chemistry. Both were corrected promptly, and our lawn and pool services are on regular schedules. The property is currently undergoing an interior upgrade, which will address the furnishing concerns mentioned. We're proud of this home and the views and space it offers, and we're investing in improvements to ensure the experience matches them.

The property is in a great location. It is quite outdated though. The curtains in the master bedroom have small holes in them. The grass was terribly high and needed cutting. The lights in the master bathroom would not come on consistently. Sometimes they would work and other times they wouldn't. There is a set of spiral stairs to access the second level. They feel a bit unsturdy, although they are pretty. The AC works great.

Beautiful home

This is a great property, fantastic location. My only non-five star review was with the check-in. We showed up and owner was there and she knew nothing of the rental. She was so very accommodating and left to let us stay. Turned out there was some miscommunication with her and either VRBO or the Property Management Company. This snafu aside, it was a great stay.

Lovely family vacay

The house was everything we needed for our vacation. Total of 8 in house for our stay plus doggie. The walk to the beach was easy and quiet neighborhood. The next door neighbor is so sweet. The only thing we worried about was the stairs, it was hard getting luggage and groceries up the stairs for my parents. Overall would recommend for a stay and would stay again
