Cozy 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom upstairs loft with open concept sits on the main lake, with the best sunset views on Indian Lake! Your options are endless with this spacious waterfront property having your own upstairs deck, lower patio with fire pit, grill, kayaks, shallow swimming area, fishing and boating right at your front door! We have a brand new boathouse/ lift for your use!

Inside you will find a small but deluxe setup that sleeps 6 comfortably! With the sliding glass doors in the living room/kitchen facing the lake and plenty of windows, there is a lot of natural sunlight! The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and dishes. The bathroom is very roomy, the shower has a bench. The bedroom includes 2 queen size beds, ceiling fans for your comfort, and dresser and closet for you to unpack and make yourself at home! Living room has a queen size pull out couch plus 2 other love seats.

Whether you are looking for fun or relaxation, or both... we have you covered! All you have to do is show up and enjoy a clean, scenic retreat. We are just minutes from restaurants, drive thru, grocery store, hardware store, marina, and much more! Just a short 20 minute drive also from Mad River Mountain!

Great little lake house

We love the clean little house on the lake. The owner was great, the property was super clean and best of all has docks on the water. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

Fab 5 Girls Weekend

We had a terrific time staying in the loft of this property. Plenty of room for our party of 5. We even made friends with the group of besties staying next door. The lake view was perfect. The sunset was amazing! We’ll definitely be back next year.

The Loft is perfect

Really cool space for a weekend getaway. Hard to beat a lakefront property with a dock and boat lift. The loft was cozy yet spacious for two. The sunset was awesome with the faint sound of cover bands playing across the water at Cranberry’s while huddled around a fire made for great ambiance.

Perfect view from the deck, and yard enjoyable. Very clean inside. Towels,shampoo and other "amenities" provided. Beds comfortable. Possibly could have had brighter lights on the ceiling fan. The kitchen counter space was adequate and dining at the kitchen table was simply a nice experience. This place is a joy, both inside and out on the deck, and also the yard. Owner is communicative. Just reach out if you have questions. I found the owner's pricing to be reasonable, but vrbo and related cleaning fees,etc...made affording the stay more of a challenge. However, totally and completely worth it. Location is handy and the morning view from the deck is peaceful. We had a bit of rain during our stay but it held off long enough for us to enjoy our outdoor adventures on the lake. This place is everything that is claimed and more. Would I stay here again? You bet. Recommended. Yes.

The ceilings hurt

We had to contact the mgr to get the code as we were sitting in the driveway at check in time. There was a note that towels would be delivered that night (Friday) but they never came. There was no top-sheet on the bed. We liked the location but you hit your head on the ceilings just sitting on the couches. Not a very comfortable setting.

Charming Loft on Indian Lake

Regan Flinn was a wonderful host and communication was ongoing and excellent! The loft facing the lake, above the garage had hardwood floors throughout, central AC and lofted ceilings located on a quiet spot-on Indian Lake in OH. I can still hear the hum of the boats on the water. It was very close to the islands, Cranberry's restaurant, the famous donut shop in Russell's Point and all that Russell's Point and Lakeview have to offer. It was the perfect getaway place, and we hope to plan another Indian Lake trip there again.

Very Nice!

This is a very nice property and great weekend get away! The place was clean and nicely decorated. Definitely room to sleep six comfortably and four perfectly. The view from the backyard is amazing. Would highly recommend.

Great stay!

Owner/manager was very nice as well as very responsive. Easy check in/out. Loft is right on the water, everything was exactly as listed. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
