Heart of the Bluegrass close to all attractions in Central Kentucky

It’s wonderful to have guests who recognize the great location of this home to all that happens in Lexington. Sadly, we see the lack of recognition in the value of 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath accommodations for a group of adults and children who couldn’t get the same amenities for the same price at a hotel. Having just placed a large, comfortable sectional in a gathering space and having added a couch to another, and having many end tables, we find the “hanging out” space comment unfounded. Also confusing is the “no fans” comment as there is not only a fan in each bedroom upstairs, 2 are nice cooling fans for more air options. This guest was given an early check in to accommodate their desires and a discount for their stay. They were told about the extremely large tree that had to be taken down after a storm, hence the “different than pictures” backyard. Then when asked to put the trash cans at the street ( as asked in the house rules), said guests pushed back and also asked for a late check out, ultimately putting the trash out, thankfully. We love giving our guests a comfortable home to gather in and rest in after a full, fun Lexington visit. The value for our fully stocked and regularly maintained Heart of the Bluegrass home is regularly loved and appreciated. And we appreciate our guests.
