A 5-minute walk from the beautiful Teven beach, cosy and elegantly renovated, Tudy Island house is located at the bentrance to the island, famous for its sunsets and alleyways steeped in local history. The peninsula blends the charm of old stones with natural heritage.

Facing kermor Pond, 2km from the tip of the island, this house has been completely renovated and re-decorated to accommodate in a very cozy charming environment.

Very bright, the house boasts a large garden of 1000m2 and 2 terraces, a sheltered by a pergola allowing to lunch outside in dreary weather and an open in the garden.
With its 5 bedrooms, including 3 with double beds (2 - 160-200 1 - 140-190) and 2 with a single bed (90-200) it can accommodate up to 8 people - a baby (baby bed equipped with a mattress, bathtub and pot).
2 bathrooms, one small with a bathtub, the other with an Italian shower.
Parental suite is available downstairs with bedroom and bathroom.
2 separate toilets.
It is possible to park 2 cars in the entrance courtyard, closed property, secure for children.

The house must be left clean before departure.
