Welcome to Monorail Silver at Windsor Hills Resort, just 2 miles from Disneyworld! Enjoy an upgraded 3 bed/3 bath townhome with an open concept kitchen/family room, custom tiled bathrooms, Star Wars themed bedroom & bathroom suitable for all ages, plus comfortable new mattresses, and your own heated splash pool that backs to open space. The cool tones give that laidback Florida vibe - a welcome respite from the hustle & bustle of the surrounding area & theme parks. We are minutes away from the magic of Disneyworld, near Universal Orlando & world class golf courses. Top it off with fabulous gated community amenities including a waterpark, games room, fitness center, playgrounds, tennis & pickleball court, volleyball court, movie theater, & marketplace & you have got yourself a vacation within your vacation!

...a snowy vacation - we are in tropical central Florida near Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, & Golfing
...a cheap, unlicensed home that has questionable cleaning and repairs
...bunk beds - we don't have them because of safety concerns
...to do business with a big corporation and not a small business owner
...to be ignored - don't worry, we don't show up to chat for hours but we do email & respond to you
...to have a house party - we are a gated community and our insurance doesn't allow it
...to bring Fido or Fluffy - no pets allowed

SECURITY CAMERAS: This property is equipped with security cameras at the front door (including a video doorbell) and on the back of the pool patio. The cameras face out toward public areas and neither face the home interiors or inside the back pool area. We use these to protect our home and check occupancy, not to watch you - we sadly still have day jobs.
POOL HEATER: Pool heat is complimentary. The maximum temperature of the pool is between 85-88°F but when outdoor temps are below 70°F, the water may not heat up to its full capacity. There are no reimbursements due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue. A very long way to say that water cools off when it is colder & we don't control the weather, at least not yet.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the townhome will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning and property management company. Clean sheets and towels will be available. If the townhome isn't clean upon your arrival, not only will I be completely mortified, I will rectify it - so please let me know of anything amiss.
SAFETY: The townhome is located in a gated community which has 24 hour/day security personnel. The primary guest must present a government issued ID for entry which matches the name on the reservation. Anyone driving a vehicle must also present a valid driver's license to drive onto the private property.
VEHICLES: There is a maximum 3 vehicle limit. If you need more than 3 vehicles to park, then this size of home is not for you and I would suggest looking into a larger home.

Our family has enjoyed Central Florida for our vacations and decided to purchase a home in the area we love in 2019. We chose our townhome in Windsor Hills due to the safety, amenities (waterpark!), and of course being the closest short term rental community near Walt Disneyworld. We wanted a place we could decorate and add amenities that were important to us that we couldn't find in hotels and time-share units. We loved renovating the townhome when we bought it and continue to make upgrades with every visit.
O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?
Our townhome, Monorail Silver, has been renovated with a clean, bright modern look with pops of blues and turquoise. We boast three custom bathrooms that you will not find in any other short term rental. We stay here on our vacations so you are getting what we would expect - comfortable mattresses and cozy sheets, full sized washer and dryer, drip coffee maker plus a Keurig, ice-maker in the freezer, rolling laptop desk as a mobile work station, and small touches like an umbrella stand and shoe tray at the front door.
The gated community of Windsor Hills was built for short term rentals so you'll often find other vacationers as you would at any resort. The community itself has a broad range of amenities including a waterpark, movie theater, ping pong tables, onsite market & shop, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, multiple playgrounds, even mini-golf! Our townhome is located within a five minute walk to the community center but still on a quieter part of the community with no neighbors directly behind so you can have utmost privacy.
The gated community of Windsor Hills was built for short term rentals so you'll often find other vacationers as you would at any resort. The community itself has a broad range of amenities including a waterpark, movie theater, ping pong tables, onsite market & shop, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, multiple playgrounds, even mini-golf!
