Happy Choice!
The building, in the Galleria/Uptown area, is in a great location. Very close to the Galleria Mall, shopping, CVS, restaurants, 610 - very convenient! Walkable and we felt safe.
The staff, concierge, managers, all very friendly, going out of their way to assure our stay was safe and pleasant. Shout out to concierge's Sandra and Jonathan!! They were amazing! We even met a few full time neighbors and everyone was friendly. The whole vibe of this building is really nice.
The condo, on the 4 th floor, afforded a nice view of the sunsets. Because this is a corner unit, there is lots of light all around the apartment. There is plenty of storage for all your things, the kitchen is pretty well equipped. With 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 full baths, there is plenty of room for 2 to spread out. We had 2 friends stay for a few nights and there was no problem with space!
Ruby, the owner, gave detailed instructions for our admittance into the unit and she immediately responded to our questions and texts; she was always available to us and kept in communication with us to assure that we were comfortable. Although we never met in person, she was very friendly, even graciously accepting some suggestions and ideas from us as to making the condo even better!
My husband and I would recommend Ruby's place for anyone coming to Houston. You're in the middle of it all here. In any direction, there are things to do and see, tons of great restaurants, the Houston Zoo is wonderful! We come to Houston often to visit family and will get in touch with Ruby when we need a place to stay in the future.
Thank you Ruby, for a secure and welcoming place to live for our 2 months in Houston!
