Experience comfort and convenience in our newly built guest home, perfect for family getaways, disc golf enthusiasts, or business trips. Enjoy spacious living, modern amenities, and easy access to local attractions including Liberty University-10 min, New London Disc Golf Course- 5 min, D-Day Memorial, and LYH airport.

Timber View Haven is newly built guesthouse above a secondary garage (detached from owner's home) at the back of the 2-acre property with large parking area, in a private, established neighborhood. Located less than 1 mile to 460, and close to 221, the location is a breeze for seeing local sights and quick access to Liberty and the airport (10 min), CVCC, Bedford, wedding venues, shopping, restaurants, and more.

The guest home is equipped with ethernet connections, WIFI and dedicated work space. 3 Samsung Smart TVs with access to streaming and Samsung Plus TV channels. The open concept is great for entertaining, large kitchen table is ready for game night, and comfortable beds ensure a peaceful slumber.

Relax, and enjoy our coffee bar (ground coffee/ Keurig pods/tea bags provided with assortment of creamers and sugars)

Outdoors features a fire pit/patio (propane provided), gas grill (propane provided), dining table, and playset/basketball area with other outdoor games for the kids. Enjoy observing the deer that frequent the property. Large parking area makes traveling with family/friends/ co-workers easy.

This was a wonderful, quiet, well stocked home base to explore the greater Lynchburg area. We spent an extended weekend there, exploring and hiking, and we only went out for one meal. It was a very comfortable place to cook and relax.

This place was amazing! The hosts have thought of everything to make it feel cozy and at home! It was very nice and very clean! This host is fabulous and our stay was perfect. Everything was super clean and warm and welcoming. The space was very spacious, the decor was very nice and well-stocked with many comforts of home. Lots of Attention to detail with a wonderful coffee/tea bar and provisions in case you forgot anything at home. Quiet neighborhood and a lovely patio and grilling space outside. Beautiful spot in the trees. Hosts were super helpful and the place was really well decorated and clean. We only wished for a dish washer and washer/dryer. But that being said it was really a great spot and hosts were exceptional. Would stay again.

Perfect Weekend Stay

We stayed at Timber View for two nights while visiting our daughter at Liberty. The property was just as described, right down to the wildlife - we saw 6 deer. The fire pit was great for s’mores and the coffee bar was enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again - Thank You!!

This was just what we were looking for. Lots of room, a comfortable bed for each of us, coffee options for all, and very clean. We would gladly stay again if traveling through the area. To say it was clean is an understatement…well done… Including all the labels.
