Welcome to Gainesville!
Looking for your next home away from home while rooting on your favorite team? Look no further! Our Game Day home is the perfect spot and is just 7 minutes away from the Gator's stadium.

- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10 pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside of the home. Smoking will result in a $1,000 fee.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet.
- Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fee per guest per night.
- We do not permit parties or gatherings at the home. Parties and gatherings will result in a $2,000 fee in addition to the unauthorized guest fees and immediate cancellation of your reservation with an escort off of the property by law enforcement.
- Please be advised, we have a security camera in our front door locking system to monitor the exterior of the property.

A family friendly home with spacious kitchen, super mattresses on the beds, clean and updated bathrooms.A near by Alfred Ring Park we walked to was a perfect family bonus.Did not use the outdoor grill and host will provide chairs in the backyard in the future.

Softball Tournament

We stayed there for a softball tournament and it was perfect. Super close to U of F field. Communication with host was great and we even extended our stay! Highly recommend!!

Great house for a weekend getaway with friends

This property was perfect for a getaway with friends. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. The location was very convenient. We had plenty of room to visit and enjoy our time together. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

Great Florida vaycay!

This house was perfect for our 7 member family. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms so no crowds in the hall! House is close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very lovely and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfort of home

The house felt like the comfort of home. We loved the University of Florida touch and cleanliness. Maria was very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this house if you ever need a place to stay in Gainesville.

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and I were in town for the Gators spring game and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to all of our needs throughout the trip. We did purchase more towels during our trip because we are a family of 8 and I believe the home had 3 or 4 available but that was no problem at all. Very friendly host. Allowed us to check in early upon arrival. Games available for the children. We will be back in November for the Arkansas game and will definitely check availability!! We definitely recommend.

Family Summer Vacation

The home was large and spacious. The children loved the space in and around the living room and dining room. Our group had children from 7 months to middle school. The bedrooms were comfortable but no extra blankets or pillows. The master bedroom had the most space and also the only bedroom with a tv. We were close to everything in Gainsville. There was so much to see and explore. The bathrooms needed a little update the master bathroom was updated. We enjoyed our time in this property and would recommend to large groups.

Family trip to Gainesville

Great location. However, not clean. We mopped floors they were so bad. Things were just overall run down. Couches need replacing. Televisions do not work. Remotes couldn’t be located. Bbq grill had all burners rusted through. Only one rack in oven. Cook ware was minimal and in disrepair. This could be such a great rental if things were updated and CLEANED.

Like moms house without mom

The house was warm in a unusually frozen city and all aspects of check in, stay and communication was fantastic. The host and cleaning crew left personal notes, made easy expectations. The property is aging and beds were uncomfortable with sagging. There was a large amount of mildew in the master shower, tubs cracked, most of the open outlets didn’t work and the 2 Tv in the main room had a mess of wires hanging and not one of the 8 of us could get the tv to work/ stream/ pair with the Apple TV or any of our services. So glad we were not there to watch a game. We stayed 3 of the 4 nights due to flight cancellations and finally arrived 36 hours late. Very Thankful for the coffee onsite when arriving at 8pm on Christmas Day- It was a lifesaver recovering from the jet lag travel.

UF Graduation Stay

The living room was a great place to visit with family before and after graduation. The outside deck and grill needed cleaning, so we stayed inside. We didn't cook at all in kitchen, other than coffee and toast. Enjoyed the TV.

Good experience

Overall the home experience was very pleasant. My only complaints I have is the check in time & check out time. Hopefully in the near future I’m hoping that we will be able to check in before 4 PM and able to stay later than 10 AM.,
