This condo is perfectly located just off of 5th Avenue, which is the heart of Playa del Carmen, but just far enough from the high-energy bars and restaurants to be quiet and relaxing. The condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A well-appointed kitchen and a comfortable living room.

Enjoy meals out on the balcony and sunrises/sunsets on the rooftop. The condo is air-conditioned, has high-speed internet access (via Wi-Fi), and a smart TV. The Polo 54 building has a lovely rooftop plunge pool with a view of the surrounding area, including the Caribbean Sea. There are also some lounging areas and a gas grill.

The condo is beach-ready with chairs (not pictured), towels, an umbrella, a portable cooler for drinks and snacks, and a folding wagon that is perfect for carrying everything you need for a day at the beach. You can get to four different access points to the beach within an easy 10-to-15-minute walk.

There are restaurants of all genre within a few minutes’ walk. A very well stocked grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. The folding wagon is also great for larger grocery runs. There are a number of reusable grocery bags in the storage space in the living room.

No need to rent a car. Everything, from the beach to restaurants, grocery stores and much else, is within easy walking distance from the condo.

IMPORTANT!
• The cost of electricity is extra for reservations of 20 days or more. The charge is based on a reading of the electrical meter upon arrival and at checkout.
• A mandatory weekly cleaning of the condo is provided for reservations of 1 month or more.
• An initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper and garbage bags is provided upon arrival. Longer-term guests (20 days of more) are responsible for these items once the initial supply is exhausted.
After check in any of these materials will be assumed by the guest.
