This holiday cottage is ideally located for visiting Toulouse, Albi, and Carcassonne! Come and discover the Lauragais countryside and the Toulouse region in this cottage situated in a partially enclosed 1-hectare park. Located on the ground floor of a section of the main house, it is attached to the owners' residence and two guest rooms. A swimming pool (10x5m) is shared with the other guests from June 15th to September 15th. A ping-pong table is also available for shared use. The cottage comprises: an entrance hall, a large living room, a separate kitchen with a dining area, and two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a single bed (90cm) on a small mezzanine accessible via a Japanese-style staircase, plus an open-plan bathroom and separate WC); and the other with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed), with an en-suite shower room/WC. Electric heating. Toulouse ring road 16km, Saint-Orens shopping center 15km. The cottage is open year-round. Private access, garden, and terrace. Pets are not allowed.
