March 2023 Desert Escape

Hosts were friendly, helpful with local eateries and attractions. Quiet, relaxing retreat. Loved sunning by the pool & hot tub. Definitely bookmarked this location for a future visit.

Perfect Long Weekend

From the warm welcome and spotless space, to the gigantic, well-appointed bathroom and outdoor jacuzzi-with-a-view, the whole package provided just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. I slept so well! Breakfast and other goodies delivered to the casita were nice touches. The private entrance from the street and quiet surroundings felt very safe and secluded-- like enjoying my own backyard. Highly recommended!

What a lovely experience!

We stayed for two nights in this amazing space. The Casita is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. But what made this experience amazing was the host Chris. The hot tub was ready for us both nights, fresh lemonade (from the tree outside our door) waited for us after our walk downtown, and a delicious breakfast (with vegan options, especially for me) was delivered the morning after we arrived. Every little detail of our stay was carefully attended to by our host. We truly enjoyed the experience of staying in Casita Caballeros! I will definitely stay there again.

A Perfect Getaway

I had a wonderful stay at Casita Cabelleros. Chris is a great host, very accomodating and personable. I really felt at home. The property is just as it is listed. There are only pleasant surprises. I really enjoyed the hot tube, even though the evenings were cool. The Meyer lemon tree outside the door was loaded with fruit and Chris even made me some delicious fresh lemonade. For a delightful, centrally located Palm Springs get away, this is the place.

The Place to Stay in Palm Springs

We just got back home from an Amazing weekend in Palm Springs! Our stay was perfect, with a wonderful host, who had refreshments waiting for us and greeted us when we arrived, the place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It has a private entrance and was very secure. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, he had great recommendations, helpful travel guides and magazines of the area. The neighborhood is beautiful, we enjoyed walking around and seeing the amazing homes and properties. It is walkable to downtown restaurants and shopping. He was extremely easy to communicate with during our stay and made us feel so welcome. If you are going to Palm Springs- this is your place!

Casita caballero

Lovely property. Convenient location and parking. Secure. Owner/manager was friendly and available for questions. The accommodation was spotless. Furnishings and appointments were artsy and very attractive. Hot tub was delightful and right out your door. I will stay here again.

Loved my stay in Palm Springs

This was a fantastic place to say and I wish my stay was longer. Chris was a gracious, attentive and helpful host. He was in touch when I booked the casita and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to do. He even mentioned the lemon tree The location was easy access to everywhere in Palm Springs and we had our own private entrance. We had access to the backyard with a pool and hot tub, which the host doesn’t access while guests are present. It was wonderful relaxing in the hot tub, watching the sunset before heading off to bed. Chris provided a very informative packet of information, with details on accessing the tv to using the wifi, kitchen appliances and accesses to the room. The room is a delight. The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of outlets nearby. Our kitchenette offered a full fridge, coffee machine and plenty of utensils, drinking glasses and other items so we didn’t need to bring anything. I enjoyed being able to sit back and relax in the room with a cup of tea while catching up on my Netflix shows on the big tv. The fast wifi was very handy. The casita offered some books too which was a nice touch. I loved waking up in the morning with the view of the mountains and taking in the clean air. The casita has a bicycle but I chose to walk to town, a short distance away. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my next visit. Thanks Chris….

Bonita Casita

What a wonderful gem - a quiet, cozy and romantic oasis in Palm Springs. A very well appointed Casita with access to pool and jacuzzi. The host provided several treats making us feel at home, including lemonade freshly made from the fruit off the tree directly outside our door and similarly freshly picked grapefruit! We are seasoned travelers and have rarely experienced both the level of care and attention to detail that Chris provided. Truly, he is a super host to go along with a super rental. If you are considering a visit to Palm Springs, consider yourself fortunate if this casita is available!
