La Bohème: Gîte with swimming pool 20 minutes from Saint-Emilion. Dogs welcome.

Independent cottage of 90m2 for 6 people (including 4 adults maximum) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, washing machine, private terrace and access to the garden and swimming pool. Dogs are allowed.

The cottage consists of a large living room with a lounge area and a beautiful fireplace, a dining table and a large open kitchen. There are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

In the first bedroom there is a large double bed (160x200), two bunk beds (90x200) and a baby bed (60x120). The bathroom with shower and toilet is en-suite.
The second bedroom contains a large double bed (160x200) and an open bathroom with bathtub. The toilet is separate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave and a large fridge with fridge. There are all cooking utensils, toaster, filter coffee maker and kettle.

For families with small children there is a high chair, a bath chair and a cot.
You would have at your disposal board games and games for the garden.

Bed linen and towels are provided and we provide you with a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.

You will be able to enjoy the large salt swimming pool (10x5m) from May to September. It is accessible every day from 9 am to 8 pm. You have your own private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The garden and pool must be shared with guests who live on the same property. The garden is fully fenced. We have a dog that roams freely on the property when we are at home. He gets along with other dogs.

The location is ideal to enjoy the tranquility without being isolated. Our cottage is located in the heart of a very quiet village close to all amenities. You can do everything on foot: bakery (50 m), supermarket (300 m), pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, tobacconist, playgrounds,...
Poorly served by public transportation, your personal vehicle will be essential.
We are 35 minutes from Bordeaux, 15 minutes from Libourne with its beautiful market and 20 minutes from Saint-Emilion and its vineyards. The Atlantic coast is just over an hour away with Arcachon at 1h15 and Cap Ferret at 1h30. Périgeux and Bergerac in Dordogne are 1 hour away.
