The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The house is located in Šilo, 350 m from the sea. Apartment A4 has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with dining room, a living room and a balcony (10 m²). Air conditioning is included in the price. The house has a large car park and a common room on the ground floor. In the same house there are the holiday apartments KRK SIL 248 (5 persons), KRK SIL 249 (5 persons) and KRK SIL 250 (5 persons). Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
