Within walking distance to beautiful nature for great hiking, diving, snorkeling and enjoying the beautiful turquoise blue sea or relaxing at the charming, shady beach.

Only 15 driving minutes away from more of the most beautiful beaches and diving spots Curacao has to offer (over 25!). Great places to eat, have a refreshing drink, watch the flamingos, visit local artists, go horseback riding or buy some groceries within 15 minutes by car.

The historic and world-famous city center of Willemstad, the recently opened Sambil International shopping center and one of the 3 golf courses the island has to offer are within 30 minutes by car.
The house offers lots of privacy and lets you enjoy the beautiful view whether you relax in the living room, cool down under the windy enjoy the sun on the deck or take a plunge the pool.

You can enjoy the villa, garden and pool which offer a lot of privacy. The property lies on Coral Estate Beach Dive & Wellness Resort in a stunning natural environment. There is a beach which is part of the famous restaurant "Karakter". You can make use of the general pool with our bar & fine dining restaurant "Koraal".
For relaxation take a day to go to Spa "8 - the Experience". They offer treatments, massages and different saunas.
If you want you can rent a car with us!

During your holiday we are delighted to be your travel guide on the Island. At the Villa were you will find a directory with all information needed about the villa/resort and a tour book that allows you to explore all Curacao has to offer.

Coral Estate is located in the middle of the island and 20 minutes away from the airport. You don't need a car to enjoy the nearby beach, spa and nature surrounding the house.

Experience disatrous

Unfortunately, our experience with house 7 was disastrous, as there was a water leak and a blockage in the bathroom drain. Our luck was the service provided by the administrator, who was willing to place us in house 9, in the same condominium. The administrator's service was impeccable! The house does not have a kitchen structure for 6 people, a very small freezer and only 2 suites, the third bathroom does not have a shower. The positive point is the sea view, very beautiful!

This is the best Vrbo and exactly what I hoped for. My only complaint about Curacao is the food and service were not that great and overpriced. But thatā€™s ok we didnā€™t come here for the food. Every thing you need for a great stay. Owner very responsive to requests. Book this property you wonā€™t be disappointed. Will definitely stay again. The views and sunset are marvelous.

Every thing was wonderful and we will be rebooking soon! The photos cannot do this location justice. The location was perfect for us since my family are strong swimmers so would swim back and forth to the resort which is just a short walk/swim away. The management company was very responsive and helpful. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our small group of four. We having been to Curacao before, we wanted something centrally located on the island. We cannot say how much we enjoyed our time and wish we donā€™t have family obligations so we could have been at the house more especially at sunset!

Fantastic property which made for an unforgettable week where we didnā€™t want to leave. This property is located in the Coral Estates which is a great holiday resort. Itā€™s a short walk to the amenities which include restaurants, pool, and a bakery. Very secure neighborhood and we never felt unsafe the whole time. The home is as advertised and had plenty of amenities. During the day we took advantage of the trade winds and spent almost all of our time outside on the veranda. At night it was nice to have the air conditioning in the rooms to get a good nights sleep. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. The view is spectacular and peaceful. The pool was great for swimming at the end of the day. The snorkeling down the ladder behind the house is unreal, we saw plenty of fish and corals. The sunsets were enjoyable every evening. We opted to book a rental car through Andreas which made everything convenient, we used their recommended driver who picked us up from the airport and dropped us off when it was time to leave. We are already looking at dates next year to hopefully stay at this Villa again.

The moment we walked in the door our breath was taken away! Loved the openness of the kitchen/living/dining room and how all of the doors opened up to the ocean. The Infiniti pool was spectacular (even the iguanas loved it to do their business on the ledge, glad there was a hose).The huge table on the veranda was great for meals, conversations and gatherings. Glad we were able to find more Nespresso pods for the coffee maker because I had 9 glorious mornings of coffee on the pool deck chairs in awe of the ocean!We had a few very minor issues but the management company was on it ASAP! Iā€™ve never seen results like that.

Amazing location

My family and I stayed at Villa Seven for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location in Coral Estate is fantastic and being on the water with the views is unmatched. There's a staircase and ladder with direct water access that we used frequently. We had a few minor issues with one AC unit remote not working so had to rely on automatic turn on and shutoff, but ended up wasting electricity because of this. The induction cook top was very touchy and wouldn't work if the washing machine was running. I believe the host company was going to look into this so may not be an issue in the future. Everything else was great and my family loved the house.

Beautiful oasis

Beautiful clean home. Our stay for one week was amazing. House was right on the water with beautiful sunset views from the porch and pool. House had all essentials for coffee, cooking, pool cocktails, and grilling. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Relaxation at its best!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and would come back tomorrow if possible! The owner communicated with us before the trip with restaurant recommendations and any questions we had. Check-in was super easy. The home has anything you may need and more. We opened up the doors to the pool and the vents on the front door for a wonderful breeze. There is A/C at night in the bedrooms. The backyard is very private. The pool was super clean and you canā€™t beat the sunset from it. We loved being able to climb down the ladder on the back of the property to snorkel as well. The home was perfect. We ate at both restaurants on the periphery, you do need a reservation and highly recommend them. This home is away from crowds and tourist resorts and we loved beach hopping further out. The location was perfect for us. 30 minutes to the city and 10-30 to all the local beaches.

The house is nice and does not seal out bugs at night. Iguanas poop in the pool. The view is spectacular. Location for snorkeling different beaches is great. Go snorkle Tugboat then stay up north.

Amazing villa in a top community

Can't say enough about the villa as well as Coral Estates for our family of 5. Check in process was easy and the managers were quick to respond to any questions though we didn't really need much. The stairs / ladder to the water don't show up in the VRBO pics but the family really enjoyed them - we used a 30 foot piece of para cord to lower and raise our fins to make the ladder easier and the snorkeling out front was great - if ladders aren't your thing it's a 5 min walk to a beach launch and we rented gear from the dive shop there. House is very well appointed, great appliances, plenty of US compat elec outlets, plenty of supplies (dish soap, clothes detergent, reusable bags for the grocery store, etc.). The security is legit, we saw security driving by the house several times a day / night. The house guide in the unit had all the info you need for the area, the appliances, etc. It's also a short drive to Divers Republic which is a really nice sandy (for small fee) beach. would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing week at the villa. It is as described except I didnā€™t know there was stairs down to the water behind the house that offered some of the best snorkeling we had on the island. It was a wonderful surprise. The owner and host were fantastic and very helpful! I would recommend.

We had a great time at the house. Great location, a lot of privacy. The house is well designed and comfortable. We cooked all but 2 meals at the house with a well appointed kitchen and on the charcoal grill. We would stay here again.

Most beautiful relaxing vacation ever

This was the most relaxing vacation Iā€™ve ever had. We go somewhere tropical on spring break every year. This was by far the most relaxing. The house was perfect, perfect size perfect bedrooms. The swimming pool was absolutely amazing! Warm water and clean. It was spectacular, waking up every morning and having coffee out by the pool. The sun warmed us, and we jump into our own private oasis! I highly recommend any properties from this management company! Five stars all the way :-)

CuraƧao Stay

This was our first time visiting Curacao and let me just say it will not be our last. The house was immaculate and sits directly off the ocean. Pictures truly donā€™t do this house justice. Please note, thereā€™s a restaurant less than 5 minutes away but the city center is more than 30 minutes away. There are some beautiful beaches in the area however! The area where this house is very quiet, is gated with security that patrols throughout the night. If youā€™re looking for a quiet getaway and a place to bring your family look no further!

Amazing!

This property was simply amazing. The views couldn't be beat, and it was central to visiting Willemstad as well as the northern/western beaches. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the pictures truly don't do it justice! We would definitely stay at this property again.
