The house is in a unique place in an absolutely quiet environment with maximum privacy to relax and unwind or spend a romantic weekend.

It is ideal for a wide range of sporting activities in every season, directly from the front door or with short journeys in the immediate vicinity. You will find numerous cycling and mountain bike trails, hiking, mountain and via ferrata tours, a large-scale Nordic walking and running arena, 2 adventure pools, swimming lakes and a summer toboggan run.

In winter you can expect modern lifts, perfectly prepared cross-country trails, toboggan runs, ice rinks, winter hiking trails and much more.

All this in the middle of an enchanting landscape with breathtaking mountain scenery!

However you want to spend your free time in nature, you have the choice and also the possibility to reach shops, restaurants and other leisure facilities in a few minutes by car.
