In our beautiful 17th-century country house in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne, you’ll enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the splendid view of the nearby hills. This spacious house features, on the first floor, a large living/dining room, an office that converts into a cozy double bedroom, and a large kitchen equipped with all the amenities.
Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms—one of which can be configured as a “twin” room—a spacious children’s room with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
Outside, within an enclosed park offering breathtaking views of the hillsides, you can enjoy the pool (secured by a roller shutter), the ping-pong table, and the beautiful shaded patio.
The region offers a wide range of activities: the house is located 10 minutes from Casteljaloux, a charming little town at the gateway to the Landes region, where you can enjoy the thermal baths, the large Lake Clarens—nestled among pine trees—with its expansive sandy beach and recreational center, the casino, or the golf course. Just 5 km away, two tennis courts await you, and a little further on, Center Parcs is open for day visits.
Following in the footsteps of Henry IV’s ride through Albret, you can explore the Château de Nérac or the surrounding bastides.
Bordeaux and its vineyards are just a 1-hour drive away.
