Welcoming and ideally located in a peaceful setting close to the edge of the Golf course and the Hauts du Pyla, our charming 110 m² house (1 semi-detached), with private swimming pool, was completely renovated in 2024. Designed for 6 people and decorated with care in a “vacation” spirit, the “Maison Peonia” is ideal for stays with family or friends.

Maison Peonia” is located in a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute bike ride from the Golf d'Arcachon. La Teste market and town center are a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away. Moulleau beach is 7 minutes away by car. The cycle path opposite the house takes you to the Cercle de Voile du Pyla, Moulleau beach, Quartier de l'Aiguillon and the center of Arcachon in 15 minutes.

La Maison Peonia is the ideal place to spend great time with family and friends. Its proximity to the Arcachon golf course is a great asset for golf addicts.

The laundry area, accessible via the terrace, is equipped with a new washing machine + dryer.

- Large, south-facing 250 m² wooden terrace with dining area and large table for up to 10 guests

Completely refurbished, comfortable and bright, the “Maison Peonia” is ideal for a relaxing stay on the Bay of Arcachon, with its saltwater swimming pool, spacious wooden terrace, outdoor kitchen with plancha and 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with shower room and toilet. In the evening, the terrace is the ideal place for a “guinguette-style” dinner, illuminated by its garlands.

Just a stone's throw from the Arcachon golf course, at the gateway to Le Pyla, “Maison Peonia” is ideally located for enjoying our magnificent region to the full. The cycle path, which passes in front of the house, takes you in 15 minutes to Le Bikini, where you can admire the superb sunsets, to the superb Pereire beach and to Le Moulleau beach. The beautiful Marché de la Teste is less than 5 minutes away by bike.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will have access to the entire house. The house is fully fenced. One part is semi-detached. The front garden is currently being finalized.

* The house is non-smoking.
* Parties are strictly forbidden.
* End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are mandatory and not included (we use a concierge for this service).
