The Cabin is Nestled on a private mountain road with a wooded one acre+ lot. It is under 8 minutes to Cannon Mountain, Bethlehem Center, Franconia Center and so much more! Visit Mount Washington, Crawford Notch, or Santa's Village in under a half hour. This charming cabin destination is the perfect couples getaway, family retreat, or a serene hiking or ski den to cozy up and unwind at.

Come breathe in the fresh mountain air; the private lot is situated at an elevation of 1,650 feet! This makes for star gazing galore and gives you a deep sense of "off grid" relaxation, but with all the amenities including Wi-Fi for your "Insta-worthy" photos.

The Master Bedroom Retreat has a Queen sized Organic Memory Foam Nectar Mattress with a topper and Luxury Bedding, a bathrobe, and a hair dryer.

Bedroom 2 has a full over full bunk bed and a twin bed. Both bunk beds feature organic memory foam nectar mattresses and Beddy's bedding. There is also a desk + chair that can be used as a work station in this room. 32" inch TV in this bedroom.

Finished basement third bedroom available (1 full)

The Modern Living room features an additional pull out sofa with a Glamorous oversized egg chair. Nestle up Indoors or enjoy the Beauty Outside.

This Getaway Comfortably Sleeps 6-7.

Bumper Pool Table in the partially finished basement with 65" inch tv and sitting area with onsite complimentary washer/dryer/wifi.

Living room also features a 40 inch tv.

Make a Cup of Coffee or Tea in the Contemporary Kitchen and sip it on the Charming Half Wrap Around Porch or Custom Quartz Island.

Check in at 4 pm.
Check out at 10 am.
Per request, $20/hr to add on up to 2 hours at check-in or checkout.
Per request, $150 per dog / per total stay. Dogs must be house trained/up to date with vaccines/flea and tick prevention only. Max 2 dogs.

Trash - please use the oversized trash barrel in the trash shed and lock the door as animals could get into this area if any food or trash are not secured. Please take any additional trash with you that does not fit into the very generously oversized trash can is filled or utilize the town dump at no expense. Trash day is on Tuesday and the barrel can be left out and taken in if you stay falls on this day.

The home has mini splits for heating along with a primary heater in the basement by the washer in dryer. The upper level also features a wood burning stove that we advise you only use with experience. There is typically firewood at the unit but you can also purchase it locally. The primary heater and mini splits do a nice job keeping it warm and if you're comfortable with a wood stove that warms the place up so quickly. In the winter months, there are additional 48 inch baseboard electric heaters (if needed in extreme cold) on the floor should need additional heat in each bedroom. Be sure to unplug them upon departure.

Town noise ordinance- 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful.

Must be at least 25 to book. Photo ID may be required upon check in.

No large gatherings, parties, or additional guests permitted.

*This is a Mountain property and we share the land with the animals who live here. Please keep doors closed and lids on trash cans to discourage unwanted visitors.

*Unfinished basement wood stove out of service please do not use. Main floor wood burning stove ok to use if you are experienced.

*Propane - there is a small Weber grille. Should you need propane Littleton Walmart or the gas station in Bethlehem Center can refill.

*No animals permitted without approval. We love all animals and have a dedicated downstairs-only dog zone with an associated dog fee. If approved there will be a pet fee of $150 per animal. Max two house trained dogs.

*The property is on well water so please consider bringing your own spring water if needed.

*We start you off but please bring toilet paper, paper towels, bath supplies, or cleaning supplies if you wish.

*Towels and linens provided for guests.

*Free Washing machine and dryer in basement. Please empty dryer lint catcher upon every use as this can cause fires.

*No smoking on the property

*Any fire use must be supervised at all times

*before you go helpful things include:
Please strip beds -place in hamper/basket
Place all towels in hamper/basket
Load & start dish washer upon leaving (not a weeks worth of dishes please)
Collect & empty all trash cans placing filled trash bags in trash bins with liner in shed oversized trash barrel.
Be sure all windows are shut & locking
Check grill & propane is off & cleaned up (no food or aluminum foil left at any time please)
