Vistas at Trout Lake is a 3BR/3.5BA new construction townhome tucked away in the Blue Ridge mountains in the Blowing Rock area. Located around the corner from Trout Lake and a mile from Moses Cone, guests can enjoy miles of horseback riding and hiking trails. Two miles away is downtown quaint Blowing Rock, with a community playground, many delicious restaurants, and unique local shops. A few other favorite attractions close by are the Tanger Outlets which are 3 miles away, Appalachian Ski Mountain is 5 miles away, with skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating, and Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park and High Gravity Adventures Zip Line and Aerial Park are both 6 miles away.

This modern rustic getaway boasts an open concept living area including vaulted ceilings with warm tongue-in-groove details, a stone fireplace with gas logs, ample windows overlooking the mountain views, and a smart HDTV. The spacious kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to cook gourmet meals. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar and 6 at the dining table. Outside on the covered porch, there is additional outdoor dining, and lounge seating surrounding a cozy fire table where guests can take in the beautiful views of the High Country. The lower level also includes a spacious quiet deck with lounge chairs and a relaxing porch swing.

The game den on the upper level also has a foosball table coffee table and board games for guests of all ages to enjoy. The room also includes a queen size sleeper sofa. This home is pet-friendly and one dog, 60 pound limit, may be added to your reservation. Additional fees will apply. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Because this is a townhome with wonderful neighbors, be courteous about the noise level outside on the two decks. Access to this home is level, with no steps leading to the entrance.
