Roof top lighthouse and sea view

The rooftop apartment on the 4th floor of the Altéia operation delivered at the beginning of 2024 is 2 steps from the city center and the sea. It is quiet near the beach and the promenade along the coast and allowing you to observe the seals (200m), the avenue parmentier (many beach shops and restaurants, ice cream parlours, merry-go-rounds, mini golf, Ferris wheel (250m), but also 350m from the shops of rue Carnot and the Empress open on Sundays in season and all year round out of season. Many water activities: sailing club, discovery of the bay of Authie, Eole Club sand yachting, Kite surfing Opale Kite, optimist, catamaran, windsurfing, canoeing, paddle, wingfoil, e-foil (sailing school club). The rooftop enjoys a magnificent view of the lighthouse, the sea and the Bay of Authie. The dining room and all the rooms open onto the terrace. It is very close to the SPA Regina hotel. Restaurants can be in town (Avenue, Hello Coffee,...) as well as on the beach (Sunset, Reserve,...). Once you arrive, everything is done on foot! Croissants and pains au chocolat are at the end of the rue du Dr Vincent Ménard.
