Last minute - Spring in Potsdam / Listed "Remise im Park Sanssouci"

Directly in the park Sanssouci with the view of the Orangerieschloss and 5 minutes from the castle Sanssouci is the magical and luxurious holiday apartment (4 rooms for up to 6 persons - 136sqm living space, of which 24sqm private terrace). The apartment is located in a renovated in 2015/2016 Remise with private terrace and wonderful views of the garden. The quiet residential street along the Bornstedter lake is a dead end and traffic-calmed.

You live centrally and quietly in the park Sanssouci - in the middle of Potsdam. The castles of the Hohenzollern are just a stone's throw away. The city center can be easily reached by walking through the park in 15 minutes or in 5 minutes by bike.

Only a few meters away is the Crown Estate Bornstedt, where you can have breakfast or fresh bread rolls. The Krongut also owns the restaurant "Brauhaus", which offers homely, home-style beer, a seasonally changing cuisine with Austrian influences.

The coach house was renovated with great attention to detail from the ground up. It offers contemporary comfort in a historic shell, eg. Solid oak floorboards with underfloor heating, a burglar alarm system, design bathroom and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is very bright with its color scheme and has a private terrace in front of the modern kitchen, where you can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view of the garden of the historic villa.

In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bed linen is provided free of charge.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine (Dulce Gusto), toaster and kettle. A baby chair is available for a toddler.

The bathroom has a bath and a shower. A basic equipment towels are provided upon arrival without charge (per guest 1x large, 1x small).

In the storeroom guests will find a washing machine. The use is included in the rental price.

The Ribbeckstraße is located in the area of ​​World Heritage and in the immediate vicinity of the Prussian royal palaces / Park Sanssouci. This exposed location is uniquely beautiful, but also requires restrictions: parking directly on the World Heritage Site is unfortunately not possible.

You can load and unload your vehicle directly next to our property. Then you can park for free in the front area of ​​Ribbeckstraße / Eichenallee in the marked areas.

No visitors vehicles are allowed to park on the property. We ask for your understanding!

There is a free Wi-Fi connection available.

We welcome all guests personally and, if desired, gladly help with advice and assistance. I'm a native of Potsdam and so have a secret tip ready.



HOUSE RULES:
The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are not allowed for this reason.

There is no smoking in the apartment.

For the final cleaning we charge Euro 80, which is paid on the spot upon key collection. Bed linen and towels are available to our guests free of charge.

The coach house was renovated with much effort and attention to detail. We are happy when our guests deal with "her" carefully.

We have oak floorboards all over the house - we want all our guests to enjoy this unique and beautiful floor for a long time to come. We ask guests to take off their shoes in the house. Of course we have slippers ready for our guests!

Arrivals are possible from 15:00, departures must be before 10:00.
