You will enjoy a pleasant stay in this apartment located 100 meters from the Santa Lucia port, close to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 4 guests and is on the 2nd floor with an elevator.
To enjoy your vacation, everything is within walking distance: restaurants, beaches, casinos, shops, and markets (3 per week), including the large Sunday morning market by the sea, as well as the night market from July 1 to August 31.
Saint-Raphaël, 100 meters from Santa Lucia port and close to the beaches, this apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator has 2 terraces for enjoying outdoor meals.
Living area opening onto the 1st terrace, with sofa bed (140x190), TV and Air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine.
1 bedroom opening onto the 2nd terrace with 2 beds (90x190) and air conditioning.

3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of guests may be submitted in writing to the host at least 7 days before the arrival date.
3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or refuse the request based on accommodation capacity, local regulations, and availability.
Article 4: **Respect for the Premises**
4.1 Travelers agree to maintain the cleanliness, order, and good condition of the premises throughout their stay.
4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited.
Article 5: **Penalties for Non-Compliance**
5.1 Failure to comply with the limits on the number of travelers or to respect the premises will result in penalties, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate expulsion from the premises without refund, and/or legal action.
Article 6: **Modification of the Rules**
6.1 The host reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Modifications take effect immediately after they are communicated to travelers.
Article 7: Acceptance of the Rules
7.1 The reservation and stay at the premises imply full and complete acceptance of these rules by travelers.

8.1 Deposit requirement: A security deposit is required from all travelers before occupying the premises. This deposit is intended to cover any damage, loss, or breach of these rules during the stay.

8.4 Deductions: In the event of damage, loss or infringements, part or all of the security deposit may be retained. The host will provide a detailed inventory and supporting documents for the costs incurred to repair the damage, replace lost items or cover additional costs arising from non-compliance with the rules.
8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement over deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.

- Not exceed the recommended temperatures of 20°C in winter and 25°C in summer.
- Turn off heating/air conditioning when they are not in the premises or when windows are open.
- Use energy-consuming equipment only when necessary and in an efficient manner.
9.3 **Reducing the Energy Footprint**: Travelers are encouraged to reduce their energy footprint by turning off lights, electronic devices, and other equipment when not in use.
9.4 **Sanctions and Penalties**: Failure to comply with eco-responsible principles and energy management guidelines may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions, depending on the extent of the overconsumption and environmental damage observed.
