This charming 80m², 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the 12th arrondissement can accommodate up to 4 people and is the perfect retreat for families and friends eager to explore the City of Lights.

Located on the 3rd floor and easily accessible by lift, the apartment offers a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a plush sofa, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dedicated desk—ideal for catching up on work or planning your next adventure. Relax by the fireplace on cooler evenings, creating the perfect setting to unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, from a stove, oven, and microwave to essential cookware and cutlery. A dining table also seats six, perfect for shared meals. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer to meet all your laundry needs.

The first bedroom offers a luxurious queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is ideal for families, featuring a bunk bed and a single bed. All beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring everyone a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with all the amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Please note: The lift is located on the first floor, which may not be suitable for young children as it requires climbing stairs.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
