This lovingly furnished small one-room apartment has a 16 sqm roof terrace with stunning views of the sea, beach and pier.   In the living room you will find a comfortable Murphy bed with spring mattresses that can easily disappear during the day and takes no space. 2 high quality leather chairs invite you to relax. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. This apartment is a parking space in the parking system of the underground car park assigned (for cars up to 1.50 m height and 5.00 m in length). Because we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort are With us a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31 August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
