The heated private pool with cover is open from May to September and heated by solar collectors. The villa has a warm and homely atmosphere with plenty of wooden details and cozy interiors. In the spacious living room, comfortable sofas, lounge chairs and a large fireplace create the perfect setting for long evenings together. Books and board games are available for relaxing moments with family and friends. The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared dinners. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for extensive cooking, including an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee maker and kettle. In the utility room you will also find an extra refrigerator, washing machine and additional storage space.



With five comfortable bedrooms, the villa offers plenty of privacy and space for larger groups. Two bedrooms feature double beds and three bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and separate shower and the other with a shower. There is also a separate toilet. Each bedroom includes ample wardrobe space and atmospheric lighting.



Outside, there is even more to enjoy. The villa features two terraces with outdoor furniture, six sun loungers and a barbecue for long summer evenings together. Children can play on the playground with slide while adults relax by the pool or enjoy the stunning views. Behind the house there is a woodshed with firewood available for the barbecue or the fireplace inside the villa. There is parking space for three cars on the property.



The surrounding area offers endless opportunities for excursions and outdoor activities throughout the year. In the Giant Mountains you can enjoy beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, while in winter the nearby ski resorts of Špindlerův Mlýn, Janské Lázně and Vrchlabí are ideal for skiing and snowboarding. The famous Bohemian Paradise nature reserve is also within easy reach, known for its impressive rock formations, castles and scenic hiking routes. Families will enjoy visiting Safari Park Dvůr Králové, summer toboggan runs, glass factories and charming Czech villages. A day trip to Prague is also possible.
