The property is located in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre, close to the old town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property over the panorama and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Summer kitchen with built-in barbecue.

Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 125 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an internal stair and an external stair and a terrace directly in the hallway. Entrance from the street. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
2nd floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV, radio and sea view. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Medulin, district Centar. The holiday home is located on an enclosed property. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property and a parking space in the village (distance 20 m). 2 free parking spaces on private property near the house.
