A few steps from the Lérat beach, in the charming commune of Piriac-sur-Mer, we have found a large house ideal for your family holidays.

Designed to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children, each, young and old, will certainly find the room that suits them.



The ground floor welcomes you into a large, bright living space, with its large bay windows and windows overlooking the exterior of the house. In the garden, a large 80 m² terrace, partially covered, offers you a dining area and a lounge area for relaxation.

Back inside, you will discover a friendly and warm living room around a wood-burning stove, followed by the dining room, where you can gather around good meals.

The new and fully equipped kitchen has many appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave and vitroceramic hob to cook delicious dishes. A dishwasher is also present to make your life easier. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a Krups capsule coffee maker and a French press will help you start the day well. In the utility room, you will find a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.



The ground floor includes a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a bathroom with a private shower. An independent toilet completes this level.

On the upper floor, the mezzanine invites you to relax on a large corner sofa for reading breaks, games or television.

Two rooms for adults each offer a double bed (140x190). For children, a first room with two beds in a boat cabin invites young sailors on board. In the second, they will take their quarters in a bunk bed. Each of these two rooms offers a beautiful space to play.

Need to spend some time working remotely? You will find a desk on the mezzanine.

Finally, the bathroom with bathtub and toilet completes this level.



For more comfort, you will find a hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as a parking space.
