Great place to stay at Oleā€™

The unit was very clean, very quiet, and had all the amenities I was looking for to make my stay very enjoyable. The location was convenient for grocery shopping and taking an hour walk through the complex walk each morning. Would definitely stay at the unit again.

Nice Place in Nice Community

Very much enjoyed our month long stay here. Very nice place just as described everything new and unit was well stocked. Easy access when we arrived. Safe area with friendly neighbors lots to do in the area and most everything you need is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great home away from home in Ole

This home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen items. Beds were comfortable.Ole is a great community with lots of activities including pickleball, dance parties, movies, trivia nights, etc. if you choose.This unit also had use of a private quad pool although we preferred the activity of the main pool.Robert, the owner was extremely easy to communicate with and answer any questions we had. We do wish the unit had a few more items for the beach as we love to hit the beautiful beaches in the area.We would recommend this very lovely vacation home.

Perfect Place

My husband and I enjoyed EVERYTHING about staying at Robertā€™s property. The townhouse is decorated beautifully and the quality kitchen has everything one needs. We were informed weekly about the OlĆØ activities and we enjoyed the amenities especially the pools, the gym, the pub, the Bistro, AND the movies. The location is halfway between Marco Island and downtown Naples. There are many parks with great hiking trails. If you want a fabulous place to stay, we highly recommend this townhouse with Robert as your host!

Highly Recommend

We can't say enough good about our 6 week stay at Bob's condo in Ole. The condo itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped, and made us feel right at home. There's an extra pool conveniently located steps away where we met many friendly neighbors. We also enjoyed Ole's beautiful community pool and community center. Bob was a wonderful host. He was very responsive, a good communicator, and kept us informed about all of the fun activities Ole has to offer. We would highly recommend staying here with Bob as your host. We definitely will be returning.

Awkward Circumstances

The rental started out well ā€“ with some minor resolvable problems. Bob responded quickly. Then, one morning we found signs taped to front and back of the unit that said they would be replacing the roof starting the next morning and we had to remove our car from the unitā€™s garage. A crane would be blocking the garage door. We went to the Ole office and were told that the Property Owners Association decided to replace roofs due to hurricane damage - the owners were aware of the planned project four months before the start of our rental. We could cancel two months prior to our reservation. Bob never told us that the roofing project would be taking place during our stay. Had we known ā€“ we would have cancelled the reservation and had our money returned. Our daughter had booked a flight earlier for her and our granddaughter. Their 4-day visit began the morning the roofing project started. The roofing company started hammering/pounding clay tiles at 7:30 AM and stopped at 5:30 PM. The pounding was so bad that it broke the casing off a ceiling sprinkler. The workers had to escort us to/from the front door so we wouldnā€™t trip over the clutter. Most of the removal effort was over in three days. However - they spent the next week working on underlayment/flashing and stucco repair - more loud pounding and sawing! The Ole at Lely Resort has a lot to offer. The POA has responsibility for building exterior. We'd recommend checking with them before cancellation deadline.

Bob was great to deal with throughout the process. Always easy to communicate with and helpful. We really liked the condo, it was very well equipped, especially the kitchen as we both love to cook. We especially liked access to two pools.
