To start….David is great with communication & even stopped by to stock the refrigerator with beverages for us & show us the “ropes”. The house & the experience was a 10/10. It is beautifully decorated with a warm modern flare. It had three amazing outdoor spaces and two living rooms. Every room has a king size bed and there are two master suites. The beds and the linens were creamy like butter. The location was perfect for us being right off the freeway. Plus, there are many restaurants, bars, bakeries, liquor stores & shops within 3-5 minutes walk. This will always be my go to spot in Denver. Thanks, David :)

Winter stay in Denver

I loved my stay with Dave in Denver. The place was so clean and bright. Beautiful kitchen with modern appliances. Amazing location with a view of the city. What a spectacular rental!! The house was just as described. It was very clean. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spa like. The main floor was large enough to accommodate our large group and it was easy to host Thanksgiving dinner there (so that says something). The elevator and hot tub were extra bonuses. The location was fantastic. It was close to just about everything. David met us when we first arrived and explained the workings of the house. He was very accessible during our entire stay. Definitely a 10/10. Would highly recommend and will stay there if available on our next trip to Denver.

Incredible stay! Best VRBO EVER!!!!

Myself and our other guests were blown away by this stay. Communication was perfect pre-stay - not too much not too little. It was so clean upon arrival - huge points for this as we've had bad experiences with cleanliness before. David offered to show us around the property which we didn't end up having time for but he was very accommodating. There were a lot of supplies onsite for cooking and cleaning, extra towels and sheets, and clear instructions for operating the home. Everything was in working order. This made for a memorable and easy weekend. Thank you David!

I am a third generation Denver native who grew up and have lived in the Denver area most of my life. I moved away for 5 years, but came back to my home city.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

This part of Denver has been rediscovered as a neighborhood and is close to the city. There is great local history you are close to everything you need.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This is a single family home and not a townhouse or apartment. It does not share any walls with anyone else. Its also brand new and has all the creature comforts and well thought out design I could not find in an older building. The architecture, layout, light, and separate spaces make it perfect.
