Welcome to our tent VARDAR, the chance to see every single star on the sky. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS COMPLETE OFF THE GRID EXPERIENCE . The interior was meticulously curated to provide you with luxurious amenities while staying true to the camping experience.
**The tent consists of a queen size bed, sleeping couch thats sleeps 2 (we will let you peak and choose who sleeps where :D) . Please note that extra blankets and sleeping additions will be located under the queen size bed. It does get very cold in the winter, so bring an extra pair of PJs, thermals and long johns for added warmth :)
**Kitchen amenities should be enough for you to make yourself eggs and coffee in the morning even cook a decent lunch and dinner with our propane burner. Pot and pan available as is tea pot, forks, knifes, plates cups, wine opener, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil and some spices.
** Can you stay warm? YES YOU CAN. We have 2 propane heater in the tent, please be careful when turning on and read the instructions carefully . We do provide 1 propane tank extra for your convenience . We advice you to bring extra propane tanks.
**Shared outhouse(septic) is available on site for all glampers same applies for the shower cabin that has a hot water available on a gas pump and heather, we do not have electricity and we are been VERY realistic with our property description . So if you are looking for a flashing toilet you won't find it here. 2 bath towels, soap and shampoo are provided, if it's 4 of you please bring more towels with you as we only have 2.
There is outdoor lights same as solar light reflectors all around the property. **We do have a camera onsite mainly for wildlife and for your safety. We do have wildlife that we highly respect.
**Total tents on site 3, if you are a bigger group look up our other listing on our profile or contact us. bathroom and shower will not be shared with more than 6 people at once. With that been said please expect to run into other glampers.
**The pond is has with fish for FUN fishing, kids and adults activities, please do not fish out the fish and eat it.*** Parking on site available, please parking on designated parking area. The tents are looked , key box located on the deck on the right corner. Please make sure tent is locked correctly each time you leave the tent to go exploring or you checkout.

**Additional ATV and skimobiles brochures and instructions to rent are provided in the tent. If a big group of glampers possible delivery. Call and ask. 8-10 min drive up is located Stratford Bog pond right next to it trails for hiking to Sugarloaf mountain and more into woods ATV trail. A lot of exploring opportunities near you, please do detailed research yourself. The closes town is North stratford and Groveton where you can find restaurants, ice cream shop, groceries stores, gas station. The nearest store is 15 min away from you. Again, we do not provide burning wood, please bring your own.
Please be considerate of the conditions we are offering. We do not want to get hit with bad reviews for not disclosing the realistic situation. Again, we do not offer electricity, not flashing toilets and luxury showers. We can't help you when it comes to charging your precious phones, so please bring your back up batteries with you. We love off the grid camping we hope that you do too.
