This 3-bed 2-bath private retreat offers all the comforts of home with great amenities for a relaxing vacation. Located in a prime area less than a mile to Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia Resort, golf courses, historic town of Roslyn, and miles of hiking, biking and ORV trails. It's been recently updated, including a private 7-person jetted hot tub, heated game room, and fire pit.

This home has access to the Roslyn Ridge Pool and Activity Center during the summer (Memorial Day through mid-September). This facility features a large outdoor pool, hot tub, kid's splash pad, basketball and tennis courts, sand volleyball, and more. Renters who would like to use it can make reservations themselves for $10 per person for the day.

As owners of the home, we want to ensure your visit is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. We are involved home owners who stay at the house frequently to make sure everything is in 'tip-top' working order. You can reach out to us at any time (any hour of the day) in case a need arises.

The house itself was clean and well-maintained, but what really made our trip special were all the thoughtful touches for traveling with kids. The game room and toys kept the children entertained when parents needed to recharge or the weather turned. We also really appreciated the holiday decor and the sleds. The host clearly put a lot of care into setting up for a fun winter visit.

Host was welcoming from time of booking. We chose this house for our family Thanksgiving and it was perfect. One level house was great for my in-laws and The Christmas tree made it feel festive. The game room was a big hit for our teen boys. Great location, perfect for our last minute trips for groceries. We even saw a family of wild turkies strolling around on Thanksgiving. Lll

Family Get Away

Great house

Mike was a great host, He was fast with responding to questions. The house was in a great location close to Shopping and resaurants. We enjoyed our lady time and the house was perfect for all of us. Will definitely be back!

Great vacation home families!

Mike and Erin's house provides a fantastic location for a family getaway. The location offers easy access to outdoor activities in the Cle Elum River valley. The house was spotless and provided excellent amenities for both kids and adults. Mike and Erin were very helpful and communicative as well. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect family snow getaway

We loved the house ! We had a blast in the snow with our own private hot tub !The backyard was a winter wonderland with lighting ,fire pit surrounded with trees.A fantastic game room.Perfect for the whole family !This time was just a quick snowy vacay !We will be back in summer next time with the whole family.Mike was great checking to make sure our arrival went well and also left some tasty pecan cookies.

Awesome house and host

We had a fantastic stay here. The kids had a blast in the garage and backyard and there were a lot of fun toys for their age group as well. The beds were comfy and there were tons of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets too. The host was incredibly helpful and had great communication. Pool was fabulous too. Would stay here again for sure

Great place!!

This place has it all. Super clean home, comfy beds, hot tub, game room. Beautiful location. Highly recommend for families, you won’t be disappointed. It’s close to the fun local activities and sites, but not “in town”. Wonderful quiet setting. Great trail system for hiking and biking. The hosts have thought of everything! We did a small girls weekend and it was perfect! One of the best we’ve stayed in!

Amazing and responsive

Pictures done do it justice! There so many things available to use at the home we definitely over packed! Amenities were loved by all. Beds and couch were really comfy and house was very clean! Any questions we had were answered right away.

Birthday Getaway

Where do I begin. This is the first time in all the years I have been booking through VRBO that the owners have left a welcome package. This house has everything you need and made for one of the best weekends! The owners have thought of everything, we spent a lot of time around the fire pit and the hot tub. The owners had great communication before and after our stay. They went above and beyond and I am looking forward to heading back soon. THANK YOU!

Decent stay

My family stayed here for Father’s Day weekend. The house was nice, in a nice location, close for my husband and dad to go fishing. We enjoyed the feel of being in nature in the backyard and the feel of a neighborhood in the front. The house was mostly clean, the fridge required some wiping down and the water and ice dispenser wasn’t operational. Some of the wash cloths appeared to be stained but had been washed (just should throw away cloths once their yellow stained). The cleaners accidentally left clean dishes in the dishwasher (we had to put them away upon arrival) We also intended to use the BBQ grill, which hadn’t been cleaned so we had to clean it before use. Other than those minor things, the house was great, my kids (8 & 4) loved the game room, hot tub and hammock. Beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were nice, there’s a room with a bunk bed and a trundle underneath but if you pull the trundle out, the door to the bedroom cannot be opened, not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be. Just logistically didn’t make sense for the space. All in all we had a great stay, the owners were very easy to reach, responsive and helpful.

Cozy house

Best relaxation!

I can’t describe this beautiful home that anyone could rent out for few days! This home treats like a home you have! I couldn’t ask for more and easy commute to home! Mike & Erin did check on us to make sure everything is okay AND the games are their faults because we play all of these games during our stay every night and compete against each other which it was SO fun! Don’t regret skipping or put this home on hold to look for others to compare. Oh we saw multiple Elks just a block away! Again Mike & Erin - thank you so much for letting us stay at this place! Check in and out are so easy to do!

Great Getaway!

Our families had a great time at this cozy house! We all enjoyed the game room, and the 2 TV areas worked well for an adult and a kid area. We took a couple neighborhood walks and enjoyed some sledding on a nearby hill. Mike and Erin were great hosts and quick to respond to all of our questions. We'd stay there again!
