Amazing Vacation Rental- Will stay again

This was my first experience with VRBO and Casiola. I will definitely stay again. It was such a positive experience. I did have a few questions that came up during our stay and the response time was impeccable!

Overall experience

The neighborhood and location was nice. Things to work on with cleaning of the walls and carpet. The hvac system isn’t all that great and hot water wasn’t either.

Good for the location and price

Check in was terrible They did cancel my reservation because of missing identification I have to wait hours to get in touch with leasing company

I must say that, considering the amount paid for this property, our expectations after check in were much higher prior to arrival. Unfortunately, during my group's stay, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Multiple dishes provided were found to be unclean, kitchen utensils were faulty, the internet service was exceptionally poor, and the weak connection negatively affected several of the electronics and amenities despite our attempts to troubleshoot the issues. Additionally, the water pressure throughout the bathroom areas was very poor, which further detracted from the overall comfort and quality of our stay. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations and was not reflective of the price paid for the property.

Weekend in Orlando

House was as described. There is no property management in Florida. The furniture has some wear and stains. Stairways could use the walls cleaned/ painted and carpet cleaned /replaced. It’s a nice house just looks like it gets a lot of use and cleaning crew could do a better job.

Cozy Home

The house was perfect for a girls weekend celebrating my 50th birthday. Everything was perfect. Only complaint is the pool/hot tub never was heated. I notified management and a work order was placed. Had a prompt response from maintenance. He said the heat was turned on but unfortunately the compressor was not which prevented the pool to be able to be heated. The pool/hot tub never was heated. Requested refund for the cost of heating and it was denied

I truly apologize for the issue with the pool and hot tub heating, and I understand your frustration. Please be advised that our team was able to confirm that the pool heat was working. It is on a timer and didn't reach the desired temperature due to cold weather. These are stated on the pool heat terms and conditions.

Great house, Some issues need attention.

Hot water heater not working sufficiently, after 1st person showered everyone else got a cold one. Carpets need to be professionally cleaned. No over head light In Most bedrooms, lamps insufficient, so it was super annoying because unless it was daylight and windows open we couldn’t see anything!! Take plenty 30 gallon trash bags because there isn’t near enough provided.

good stay

everything was good with the property except we went to use the main pool with water slide and it was packed we saw people turning in off the main road and going right to the pool almost like it was being used as a community pool definitely think you should need a pass to even get into the community

A Little Disappointed

Overall, the stay wasn’t bad. Arrived on Friday evening, submitted work order request/pictures on Saturday morning for the following items: we had to open microwave door a certain way because door facing was loose, banister to stair loose (safety hazard), dirty walls, and cold water. The house could use a DEEP cleaning (walls, baseboards and furniture). Someone came to drop off clean linen for one of the bedrooms, but the cold water was never addressed. After a couple of quick warm showers, everyone else had to wash in cold water for the duration of the stay, which was disappointing, especially for the elderly individuals in the group.

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The only issue was that 2 TVs in the upstair’s bedroom did not work. Jessly did fix it the first day of our stay however it did not work when we turned it on the next day. We were busy and ended up not contacting her to fix the issue. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay.

Great House! Do not pay the extra for pool heat in the winter months.

We were pleased with our stay at this property. The home was spacious and clean. We had a small issue at check in with the code provided being incorrect, but the management company was very quick to provide a new code and we were able to access the property with no issues from then forward. The only complaint I have is if renting this during the cold months I would not recommend paying the extra for the pool heat (the "spa" is not heated unless the pool heat is requested). We unfortunately were not aware of that prior to our arrival. We were very disappointed that the temperature of the "spa" did not get even warm while we were there and appeared to stop working after the 2nd day. We notified the management company, and nothing was done. We would love to stay here again in the summer months when the cool water would be much welcomed!
