Great location, walking distance to Rivera Beach, calmand quite neighborhood. Accommodating with cooking utensils and washer dryers. Management is attentive and responsive with any questions or needs. This has been my second booking at this location. Will definitely return.

We were told on the way to the property that there was an issue with the unit and we were "upgraded". We arrived to the upgraded unit and it was a dump. There was a loveseat that was was broken and the unit was old and gross. Across the street was apparently the beach, but it could not be seen due to the enormous Marriott Resort. The "upgraded" unit also did not have a pool. I called the host who had been gracious enough to let us check in a little early, and he started to become argumentative when I told him that I could not even see where the beach access was from this unit. This was irrelevant, since we had specifically booked this unit for the pool. He said he would try to find us a unit with a pool. Shortly after he sent me the check-in information for a studio unit with a pool. The room was nice, and we understand that unforeseen things happen in Florida with Air Conditioning exc. That being said, this is not a nice area. I have lived in Florida my entire life, and know what beautiful beaches look like - this is not one of them. We did not feel safe here, and ended up leaving the morning after checking in and salvaging the remainder of our weekend at home. We also kept seeing a man in a white van following us.. perhaps this was the host, not sure why he wouldn't have just spoken if so? Nonetheless it freaked us out, and I was glad I was armed. If I ever decide to drive south again, I will keep driving until I get to the Keys, no thank you West Palm.

Beautiful

My daughter was scare due to some of the negative reviews, but I can tell you is that I loved it! The place was clean, there were beach towels plus beach chairs, is closed by a beach within walking distance. AC was working, the only problem was the water pressure in the shower. But was not a problem at all, we dealt with it. Iā€™m planning to make this place my go to when I come back and visit my daughter.

Coral Sands is a dump

Great location is the only thing good about this property. I was completely fooled by the numerous 10 out of 10 ratings. Furniture was broken, stovetop was rusted, bedroom door was missing, painted bathroom tile was peeling off, closet door was off the track, refrigerator door shelves were duct taped together, towel rack was missing, shower curtain rod was rusted, bent and duct taped together. Kitchen backsplash appears to be glass tiles on listing, but it was actually contact paper poorly installed and peeling off the wall. It you don't mind a ghetto/crackhouse vibe, feel free to book this place. We begrudgingly spent 2 nights out of two weeks and left as soon as we could find someplace livable to go. At least we were able to get a refund for the unused remainder.

2 week stay

The room is super clean and is in a great location, park your vehicle and walk anywhere you want to go. A block away from great snorkeling and a great park to walk your dogs if they come with you. Have stayed here twice now.

Low quality rental

Very small, no sofa bed just sofa unconfortable to sleep and full of holes. The toilets were not working well and started leaking hopefully the manager of the place was very responsive and fixed the problem immediately. Smallest kitchen and smallest bathroom possible. Cheap quality rental. A/C very old and very loud in unit 9 it really need to be changed. The location is great as you are less than 5 min walk from a nice beach. We won't come back as it is too expensive for the quality and the space of the place.
