Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. This 3 BR 2 BA features 2 living spaces each with its own wood burning fireplace. Be sure to read over rules and regulations for the property. Administrative fee ($50) is to cover rental application charged by the community per each rental.
Conveniently located 5 minutes from Jack Frost big Boulder mountains and hickory run state park.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful retreat in the Indian Mountain Lakes community! It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with the whole family. The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with two separate floors, two bathrooms, and two separate living areas—each with its own cozy wood-burning fireplace. It made coming back after a day of adventures feel extra special and relaxing. he location was ideal—just minutes from Jack Frost/Big Boulder and Hickory Run State Park, with plenty of nearby activities. We truly enjoyed having access to the lakes and walking trails, and the community felt safe and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Fun and Cozy

The property was well kept, backyard was great for a range of ages. The deer came right up to enjoy apples and carrots. The community was nice to check out and enjoy the lake grounds. Meagan was great and easy to communicate with, very responsive.

Wonderful Weekend in Fall

The host could not have been more accommodating! We enjoyed ourselves fully (went to the Jim Thorpe Autumn festival!) and balanced that with morning walks, and afternoons sitting on the deck & by the fire pit, feeding some of the "local neighbors" (deer) - Thank you again! We loved the house, the neighborhood, the ease of getting around via the main roads.

Wonderful Weekend in the Poconos

Had an amazing time staying here! The property itself was very spacious and clean. Our host Meagan was extremely responsive and welcoming. The backyard was great for playing yard games like cornhole and making smores in the provided patio fire pit. The description is true about the deer being friendly! Bring some carrots and you will quickly have a herd of 4 or 5 hanging out with you! We had quick access to multiple hiking trails nearby and enjoyed the community's main lake for a swim in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend!

Charming

This property is updated, well maintained and very clean. The host is very accommodating and very friendly. She was a delight to work with. The only issue we had was that the basement bathroom had very low water pressure and the water had a slight brown tint to it. I don't know if that is something the owner can address. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a good time.

The property needs a little TLC. The kitchen is not fully stocked. One roll of toilet paper & one roll of paper towels is not enough.. the dishwasher is not properly secured to the countertop. But we did enjoy the deers visiting everyday & the warm rooms . Thank you for a nice weekend .

All you could ever need is there! We hated to leave!

First, the host is incredible! Very responsive and I ask a lot of questions :) The linens are fresh, towels are fluffy, kitchen has all the utensils, pots and pans you could need! Kcups and coffee maker is great jump start to any day. Now, the deer.. They are so beautiful. We loved making meals and watching the deer. Sitting outside on the deck or patio to feeding them is so relaxing and I just smile the whole time we are there. We will be back as soon as we can! Highly recommend!! You won't find better!

Making friends with the deer.

Everything was great. We especially enjoyed feeding the deer. We fed then apples and carrots as suggested by the owner and the deer loved them. What an exhilarating experience!

Beautiful location

The house was great and really enjoyed the wildlife that visited on a daily basis. Property owner was great at responding to questions immediately. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

We were looking for some place quiet to relax for a few days and this was the spot. Meaghan was a great host. She quickly responded every time we had a question. Everything was better than what it was supposed to be. Will definitely stay here again. Our only complaint was that we didn't stay long enough and that's on us!!

Great central location

My friends and I planned a weekend getaway to reconnect. It was a good central location coming from 3 states. We went hiking at Hickory Run State Park and a leisurely afternoon in Jim Thorpe. 4 friends, 4 bedrooms, perfect. Meagan was a great host and made sure all was good. We were very pleased.

Cozy retreat

This property is very warm and inviting. Well stocked with towels etc. My family and I had everything we needed to cook together and enjoy each others time. We were able to adjust the temperature in all of the rooms which was perfect since some of us are usually colder than others! The host was very easy to communicate with and willing to answer all questions I had. We even put apples out back and got a few deers to visit. Being from the city that was a real treat. We will definitely plan another visit!

Excellent Stay for a Family Getaway

Meagan was very responsive and easy to communicate with both before and during our stay, which was unfortunately cut short due to weather. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy the time we had together. Would definitely recommend!

Family friendly home

We rented this house for a weekend family ski trip. The home was very clean. The bedrooms were set up perfect for the adults and one room with a trundle bed for the kids. Our host was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions. The house was fully equipped for cooking with plenty of supplies. The home was perfect for our group, I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great house and awesome location!

We had ourselves an amazing stay here at this house. We took tubing trip and everything was conveniently close. There was also deer that have us a little visit in the morning which was very cool!!

Amazing!

Everything about the stay exceeded the needs of my family and I. We celebrated Christmas here and it was perfect. It’s spacious, comfortable, super clean, has two fire places and beautiful decor all around the house. Highly recommended!!

Great Weekend Stay
