Natures Paradise on the Flambeau River, Beautiful Home on a beautiful setting.

We do monthly rentals on our off season from October through May for $2700 per month which includes heat , electricity , cable tv and internet .
This Beautiful, delightful north-woods cottage retreat sits with-in 30 level feet of the shoreline of the beautiful Flambeau River.
You can fish, kayak, canoe, tube, rowboat, wade swim right from the door step .
The cottage is 1650 square feet of beautiful woodwork and décor . It is fully equipped with all the modern amenities : full size refrigerator/freezer , stove/oven, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Central air . forced air heating ETC....... Kitchen has everything you need for cooking ,
We also supply all the beautiful north-woods bedding , bath and kitchen towels , toilet paper , paper towels , napkins , and cleaning supplies .
The open kitchen , dinning and living room area is ideal for gatherings of family and friends.
Two cable TVs, one is a smart TV (so you can program your own Netflix etc.....)
There is a beautiful new 1/2 bath and 3 full size bedrooms upstairs, two have queen size beds and one has two twin log beds , and one Bedroom on the first floor with a TV and 2 full size futons.
We have 2 canoes 4 kayaks and innertubes for our renters to use .
Outdoor picnic tables and extra chairs for sitting around the campfire.
The Flambeau River is on average 2 to 5 feet deep (depending on amounts of rain amounts) .
The Flambeau River connects to the Chippewa River one-mile down river, then the Chippewa River connects to Lake Holcombe which is a 4000-acre lake.
It is not recommended to use a motorboats in the area of the cottage because of the river depth fluctuations due to rain amounts and hidden rocks just under the water. that could damage your motor. But there are several boat landings in the area to land your motorboat on the Chippewa River , Lake Holcombe or any of the other many many lakes in the area .
This scenic (Lazy) River and surrounding areas offer something for everyone .
ATV , UTV , Snowmobiling, 25 minutes' drive to the famous downhill skiing (Christie Mountain) , Ice age hiking trails, guided fishing trips, Ice fishing and lots of beaches in the area .
There are 250 lakes and flowages and several Rivers in Rusk and Chippewa Counties .
Thousands of acres of public hunting land, miles and miles of ATV and UTV trails and most county roads in the area allow you to drive them .
There are several Bar / grill restaurants and resorts with entertainment in the area.
The internet service is state of the art and cell phone and wfi works wonderfully. We also have satellite Tv .
We have been renting out this beautiful piece of paradise for the last 17 years and we take great pride in keeping it extremely clean and updated .
We are always willing to negotiate rates as we like to keep fully booked . Rates are seasonal and off-season rates are always less. Always feel free to contact us .

We do long term rentals from October through the end of May for $2400 per month. This rate includes, Heat , Electricity , Excellent WFI , cable TV and garbage service . (We have hosted Traveling Doctors, Nurses and temp workers in the area for years in the off-season months.)
