6-person gîte in the heart of the vineyards

In the heart of the vineyards and the Berry countryside, we have breathed new life into former storage buildings. The renovated section (part of a traditional longhouse) comprises an entrance leading to a large hallway, preserving its original character with the flagstone flooring, a living room of approximately 40m² with a kitchen and relaxation area, three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Fully equipped with one queen-size bed (160cm), one double bed (140cm), and a pull-out sofa bed (160cm). Independent access, private parking, and a wooded plot of approximately 1,000m². Just a stone's throw from the vineyards of Reuilly (5 min) and Quincy (10 min), the cottage is set apart from the village for comfort and tranquility, yet centrally located near three major towns: Vierzon, Bourges, and Issoudun. It's an hour from the Loire Valley châteaux, 1 hour 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo, and 1 hour 30 minutes from Sancerre (voted France's favorite village in 2021). On-site wine cellars are available. Optional cleaning service is available for €80. If the cleaning option is not selected, the accommodation must be left in the same condition as it was rented upon arrival.
