Holiday house on Silbersee with south-facing terrace, balcony and forest view

The holiday home has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, living room with fireplace and satellite TV, separate dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, coffee pad machine, bread slicer and much more.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. One bedroom has a separate toilet with sink.
The two bedrooms upstairs have access to the balcony, one is equipped with TV.
A travel cot and high chair is available free of charge upon request.
The south-facing terrace is equipped with barbecue, patio furniture and parasol.

To be paid on site:
€ 200.00 deposit

Will be charged with the deposit:
Electricity, heating and water
(calculated according to consumption)
Tourist tax contribution
(For longer stays and during the winter months the visitor's tax is to be paid locally).

Arrival: 15: 00-18: 00 o'clock (in case of later arrival 10,00 € have to be paid locally.
Departure: until 10:00
