I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. Just keep in mind that this is not a hotel and we do not provide service between 10 PM-8 AM.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

*Note: The $49 waiver does does not apply to same day bookings or local guests.

The space
This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 65” Smart TV. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a large dresser for your clothes, note the closet is locked and not available for guest use. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a nightstand, and a full closet with shelves and hangers. In the kitchen, there is a small table for eating or drinking with stools. There is an office beyond the kitchen with a desk, and rolling chair. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, shampoo, and double showerhead. Your luggage and private items can be stored in the closet in the second bedroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner and broom.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store across the street where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items.

There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 72-75.

Close by retailers are: Publix, Aldi, CVS, Walgreens.

Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the property with respect. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and we do not provide service between 10 pm - 6 am. Also, Parking is limited to one car.

Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

**This property is not pet-friendly.

**Max occupancy at all times is 5. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.

A few things to keep in mind in case you're not familiar with South Florida in the summer. It is hot, very humid, and it rains a lot. It is not uncommon to experience thunderstorms, tropical storms, and even hurricanes. In the summer we also see an increase in insects (ants, spiders), mosquitoes, lizards, and iguanas. Two cars max. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. This was our 35th anniversary get away and it was everything! The place was very nice and very clean. The place I had tiled floors which was perfect for my allergies. I would definitely stay here again. 😊

Upgrade needed

I was very disappointed with that rental. First, neither the heating or cooling system was working so I had to call to make it fixed. I even had to go sleep somewhere else cause it was so cold. The smell of cigarettes was very strong and unpleasant. We had no broom or vacuum cleaner to clean the floor. The kitchen is super badly equipped with scratched frying pans, a lack of utensils and glasses. Bottom line, don’t rent that place.
