The compact 15 m² studio accommodates up to two guests and features a fully equipped kitchenette with all essential utensils for cooking. The private bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, fresh towels, bath towels, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.



The final price includes all utility costs, Wi-Fi internet, TV with international channels, bed linen, towels, and access to washing facilities.

Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
